  1. I thought the game was at the Ralph this weekend??
  2. I'm proud of the kid....I even feel bad for starting to get frustrated with him, but I didn't know that Jauron was purposely keeping the shackles on him. I feel better about the whole thing now, and I hope five and ten years down the road we can all look back and talk about how JP was one of the greatest picks in our history. And then maybe my man TD can get some credit
  3. I tried to get about as much as I could out of every Bills game I went to. I'd show up early, drink heavily, partake in tailgating, throw the football, scream the Shout song, get into the chants of the crowd, etc, etc, etc....but I find it pretty damn annoying when some jackass is always standing up at every friggin opportunity too. As much as I want to get into the passion of the day, I also want to see the game. Being 6'2", I'm usually not at a disadvantage anyway, but what I hate is when my eyes are glued to a particular play, and then right before it's completed the guy in front of me jumps up. Did he catch it? Was it picked? WTF happened??? That gets pretty annoying.... Standing up and going nuts is great, but continually blocking the guy behind you from seeing the action is pretty rude, IMO.
  4. those were the only ones I had clean
  5. If you say yellow and brown I'm gonna come up there and spank yer asss!
  6. Hey, Happy belated B-day, bro! You have the same b-day as my dad
  7. The man has a point
  8. I'm kinda freaked out that buckeye Mike knows I wear boxer briefs
  9. Just out of curiosity, did anyone NOT vote for the Chargers because it's Charger week at the Ralph? I figured they wouldn't get any votes at all since there's been at least a little trash talk goign on....
  10. That's who I picked, too....I was just telling Ramius that they really haven't been a LEGIT team since the days of Hebert, Swilling, Hilliard, Mills, etc. I feel bad for the die hard fans of that franchise since they've really had NOTHING to root for. I've always thought they had cool team colors and unis, and though I've not been there, it seems like they have a very unique and interesting culture. I'd like to see them win one for the true Saints fans....however few there may really be
  11. That's it? After me is only a damn blanket? I figured Brad Pitt or something.....dang, I'm slipping!
  12. You're exactly right....major brain fart on my part....
  13. Oops....little typo there :0 (and the seahawks suck!)
  14. Since we're probably a year or three away from the Bills being legit SB contenders, and we HAVE to watch someone else win it, who would you like to see get their first Lombardi trophy?
  15. Truly one of the all-time great entertainers....I wish him well.
  16. Ah, well I have no agenda....I think baby killing in general is about as sick as it gets....no matter what form it takes.
  17. Only one atrocity per topic?
  18. Jolovitz rocked....it's funny, cause his was the only show I ever called into (talked about Thurman Thomas with him), and my first comment was, "Hey Paul, I can't tell you how great it is to hear schtick-free radio!" He laughed and said, "thanks".... I'm sort of surprised he's still stuck in that time slot. I figured he'd either get a better time or someone else would pick him up, cause he puts on a good show. Maybe the fact that he's NOT a "schtick" kind of guy is his downfall, though.....I dunno, I just know that he was my favorite host out of the whole bunch. There is a decent sports station down here in Atlanta called 790 The Zone, but it's just not the same. Philly is a sports culture....Atlanta is a bandwagon hopping town.
  19. Fun With Obscurity
  20. No sh--? Did anyone from 610 defect over to the new station? And are you living in Philly now? I miss it there so much that I get sick to my stomach thinking about the fact that I still live in Atlanta I need to be here for family reasons, but I've never been happier or more productive in my life than when I lived in Philly. Speaking of WIP, I thought A.Cataldi was the biggest fake in the business, but I loved their morning show. It's funny, cause there are all sorts of good songs that were out between late '95 and early '99 that I never heard at the time becasue my radio was always on 610....day or night. I was working corporate security overnight, and Big Daddy Graham and a few others were always helping me pass the time and keeping me awake. I love Philly....
