  1. You don't trade a proven, young player like Byrd. Plain and simple. You just don't do it. He's elite. His replacement will be a huge question mark. I won't even take a 1st and a 2nd.
  2. We have same-sex marriage in this country! They're already laughing at us.
  3. Does Stevie really want to see Foxboro get nuked? Then STFU. There's more important things in life to discuss than a joke made by a NFL player. Like gay marriage. SMH.
  4. It's a joke. Ppl need to learn how to relax a little and not take things so seriously.
  5. I'd love to see EJ in a Bills' jersey, but its obvious we want a west coast QB. I have no doubt in my mind either Barkley or Nassib will be the choice.
  6. Don't be. This team has way too many holes and too few draft picks and cap space to replace them. At least we have some able-bodied players at the linebacker position. Unlike wide receiver, TE, QB, OG, and safety. While I agree we need an upgrade at LBer, we can easily fill those needs with FAs and mid-round draft picks.
  7. Our plan to get the 1st overall pick in the '14 draft is going well.
  8. The only "luck" Mark had was MySpace developed a bad reputation. That's it. MySpace became sleazy somehow and Facebook took advantage of that.
  9. Great. Now lets move on. Try to trade out of the 8th spot and draft Eifert. Fill in some holes in the draft. Wait until the 4th round for a QB, such as Bray, Scott, or Jones and go all in for a franchise signal caller next year. This strategy increases your chances at landing your quarterback of the future.
  10. How funny. I was actually discussing this very same idea with my brothers. I'd love to see the Bills make this move. Next year will be the year to grab a QB. Bridgewater, Manziel, McCarron, Murray, and Boyd are all better than this years' QB crop. If we can suck real bad this year and end up with the 1st overall we can easily end up Clowney and McCarron. Now that's a great way to improve your club!
  11. Bradham shows promise. Shepp I don't like at all. Lawson and Anderson compliment each other well as one can get after the QB and the other is good in run defense and coverage. If Sheppard can improve then our linebacker situation will be fine.
  12. Thanks for recognition. This team definitely has greater needs than LBer. Although it is a need, IMO, because I'm not a believer in Sheppard, but I think the Bills like him a lot. This is how I see our front seven in a 34. I can see Bradham moving to the inside along with Shepp. Anderson and Lawson at OLB. Mario and Alex at the end and Dareus and Kyle manning the nose. In a 43 it'll be Mario and Mark at end. Kyle and Marcel at tackle. Lawson and Bradham at OLB with Shepp in the middle. We need depth so I fully expect the Bills to use their 4th and/or 5th on linebackers.
  13. While I was at Tech we won the national school of excellence award three out of my four years there, I believe. Our football team was garbage during that time, too.
  14. Has it ever occurred to anyone that the Bills' brass might not feel linebacker is a need? Think about it. They like Shepperd and Bradham. They can use either Mark Anderson or Mario at OLB. And they just signed Lawson to man the SS. Now I'm not saying I agree with that, but that could be the case. They might just bring in some UDFAs and UFAs to fill in the back up spots. This is the Bills we're talking about.
  15. Lol! I thought Tech would be filled with a bunch of nerds but that wasn't the case at all. Smart guys can get down, too.
  16. We can restructure plenty of deals to save cap space if that's the route the Bills would like to take.
  17. Poor example on damaged goods. McGahee is a very good/productive player. He was drafted ten years ago and he's still going strong.
  18. Buddy Nix isn't the guy that negotiates contracts. Therefore he doesn't have to be in Buffalo when Davis shows up. The injury is a concern. No doubt, but Fred wouldn't even be available if he was healthy.
  19. Good Read. thanks for sharing. According to Charles Davis, EJ Manuel is very intelligent. A hard worker and film junkie. EJ also stated that he would put in 13 hour days to whatever team that drafts him.
  20. We need a QB first and foremost. Then you can make a splash in free agency. Until then, save the cap space.
  21. Once upon a time there was an elite college QB that had it all except great arm strength and he also couldn't win "big" games. Some ppl actually thought he shouldn't be the first QB taken in the draft. Who am I referring to? Peyton Manning, that's who. Now I'm not comparing the two QBs to each other but there will always be question marks on every single prospect. It's a crap shoot. Take the guy with the physical tools, work ethic, and high character and coach him up.
