WWBD? If the Pats don't give out that kind've bread, why should we?
-
Believe it or not, my time frame is the same as yours.

There goes that shattered word again. Where the hell did that come from?

I agree. BTW. Thanks for pointing out the fact that I said SHAKEN, Not Shattered .

All of us heard all of the stories. JPL studied and worked his tail off all offseason. He knew he was ready and had high expectations. I believed in him. This all stems from the first day of training camp practice. JP didn't play as well as he thought he would and IHMO he took that way too hard and now it's affecting his play. Why do I think his confidence is shook, you ask? MM told JP to keep his emotions in check earlier in camp and his eratic play in practices, the scrimmage and the first exhibition game are my evidence. One minute he stinks up the joint the next minute he looks like a baller. I was and still am, confident that JP will play well this season. But I have to admit, I don't trust him as much now, as I did before. Don't get me wrong. The guy isn't DOOMED. JPL can still overcome his mental issues with one great preseason performance. Like I said before, JPL is a highly emotional guy. He started of the scrimmage great and then one thing went wrong and he fell apart. He didn't look well in the beginning of the game and then he got hot. MM has his work cut out for himself with this kid. It's gonna be a roller-coaster type season. I hope you enjoy the show!

Special teams do it again! Now let's see JP play with a lead.

First live broadcast? Bills vs Denver First Scrimmage? Packers vs. Bills Props! The NFL Network Rules!

Will JP, with his potentially explosive ability, rise to the occasion? What's McGahee like at 100%? Can M&M overcome a sophmore slump. If there is such a thing for Head Coach. Roscoe instead of Reed. Can the defense get BETTER? #1 Special Teams + 11. Meaning Roscoe possibly returning punts. Will Mike Williams become a Pro Bowler? What about those trick plays? I don't remember feeling so excited about a season. I smell playoffs!

Add Pat Kirwin to those who dismiss the Bills

It makes sense if the guy saying it is implying that Palmer is better than Losman. -

That's exactly what I thought. JP didn't do as bad as Favre. What does this all mean? Absolutely nothing! -
Soon, it's coming soon. I just don't want to rush to judgement just yet. I need to see some preseason games first. BTW. I don't like Nelly. I just feel that line goes with the Training camp theme.

A quick note to everyone who is saying

Round Of applause. Someone with some common sense. JP deserves one or two YEARS, not practices. -
I'm not saying that you can't form our own opinion, but what I am saying is to give JP more time before all the criticism and doom and gloom talk. It's premature. Just like your sex life

I agree. JP didn't want to the starting job handed to him either. They're (the management) putting way too much pressure on the kid.

I need to get this s**t off of my chest. This also goes out to any trouble making bastards that cheer louder for #10 than #7 every single time Holcomb makes a play. I don't have a problem with cheering him on BUT, you guys are the same dudes that didn't give RJ a chance from DAY ONE (he's from California, he didn't buy a house in Buffalo), just like you're doing to JPL. Some of you people make up your mind to like or dislike somebody right away. Give JP a chance. He deserves the right. The guy has been busting his a** all off- season and what am I hearing ALREADY. The guy is rusty, he looks nervous, his throws aren't accurate. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, WAAA, WAAA, WAAA. Just shut up and let the guy play. Stop planting your seeds of negativity into the guy's head. Give the guy a WEEK at least. Did you master your job the first day? NO. So give the guy some leeway. Even if we suck this year. Let JP play through it. It will only make us better in the future.

MW out with a ham string injury ?

We need to sign another lineman. The O-Line, specifically LT, is very concerning. -

The defense has an advantage because they already KNOW the Bills' Offensive playbook. The GB scrimmage will reveal a lot more than playing against our own defense. BTW. If JP had been lighting it up at camp would that alone make him Joe Montana? -
This is where I really miss Empire Sports Network

You're gonna thank me for this! Try this! I visit this sit everyday and they usually have some clips of the Bills and Sabres. http://www.wivb.com/Global/category.asp?C=1710&nav=0Rag Try this one too. http://www.wkbw.com/bills.aspx Enjoy -
Will he get more playing time than the starters or less? Or will he get just as many? If you were coach, what would you do? If it was up to me, I'd treat him like the rest of the starters. No more, No less. Why risk having his confidence shaken if the second stringers were to struggle?

Big JP story I don't think was posted....

Everyone is talking about all of the positive statements JPL made. How about the statements that aren't so uplifting? Anxiety? I thought JP was so confident?. That statement makes ME have anxiety. He's only giving himself 3 to 4 weeks? Is he confident or just plain scared? Should we read anything into that statement? Why pick a team with no shot at a national championship? Tulane comes without expectations. Did JP try to avoid expectations, national attention and pressure or did he feel he couldn't win the starting job? Or did he just prefer to try and win the hard way, with lesser talent? All of these questions shall be answered soon enough. Believe it or not, I actually like JP. I have faith in his ability. I know he will feel great as soon as he steps out on that field against Peyton Manning and the Colts and leads the starters to the first touchdown of the exhibition season. -
It's the beginning of the game and the team captains' meet at the 50 yard line for the coin toss. What would you say to Tom Brady?
-
Some of those clips(especially the one were the QB had to throw the pass on the run) had to be JP, not all. The other QB appears to be taller (How tall is Losman's successor?)and a little slower than JP. His arm didn't look as strong as JP's is, either. Whoever the QB was had a accurate arm and made the WR look good. His passes were easy to catch and always there.

We're still one up on them for that one. 35-3 comeback clearly hurts more than losing by one lucky play. The Jags on the other hand knocked Kelly out. On his last game ever! Those 4th down conversions in last year's opener still leave a bitter taste in my mouth.
