  1. Peters in Philly must mean one thing, the parameters of the trade is already in place. They just have to agree on a contract now.
  2. Great job, douche bag! Mentioning Mckellar and Metz only. They were a part of the picture, @ss. The offense was called the "K" Gun for a reason and the "K" didn't stand for Kelly, either. Besides, I don't bet people on the wall. I already did that before and it wasn't honored.
  3. Now it's time for the Empire to Strike back! What the hell is that supposed to mean? At least it didn't take me four years to see that JP Losman sucks like many of you on this board have. McNabb's not a winner? You're a freakin' moron. He has 9 playoff wins. McNabb is no loser. McNabb has a great arm and is a fierce competitor. You say writers don't look at stats, huh? They look for wins and leadership and overall performance? Well, McNabb ranks up there with all of the greats. The only difference is he didn't have a perennial Pro Bowl receiver/s to work with. This fact can not be over-looked. What makes Kelly more of an elite QB than McNabb, anyways? By the time McNabb retires, he would have surpassed Kelly in every statistical category there is, except for SB appearances. And he did it all without McKellar, Metzellars, Reed, Lofton and Thurman. BTW. Check my posts. I'm more right than wrong when I post. The stats don't lie. So get a clue, you retarded short bus riding punk!
  4. Nice post Rome! BTW. Don't let these dudes change your opinion on McNabb. He will be a HOFer. NO doubt. It only takes a person with half a brain to look at his accomplishments and realize he is indeed HOF worthy. Where shall I start? Four straight NFC Championship appearances, five Pro Bowl appearances, 30K yards passing, 7 playoff appearances in 12 years with five of those making it to the NFC Championship game, close to 200 passing td's, offensive MVP runner-up, 3K yards rushing, etc etc. To top it all off, McNabb isn't even finished yet. McNabb accomplished all of this without even having a great receiver to work with, other than T.O., as you astutely pointed out. Has anyone in the history of the game accomplished as much with so little surrounding talent that #5 worked with? It's hard to say, but I think not. He will be wearing a yellow jacket when he retires. Here's a great article on the subject of McNabb and possibly making the "Hall". http://www.zimbio.com/Donovan/articles/7/D...Nabb+Hall+Famer Many of these people on this board couldn't spot a hall of fame QB if he smacked 'em in the mouth.
  5. Congrats to April, our next head coach. Or at the very least, interim head coach.
  6. I'd give Peters one more million than Gross. 6 years $61million.
  7. Taking BP and a guard in round 2 will solidify our offense and allow the Bills to draft nothing but defense in the rest of the '09 Draft. At the worst our offense should be good enough to make up for whatever flaws the defense might have. We can't solve every roster problem in one year.
  8. Your thinking has nothing to do with this? http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=86943 Or this? http://myespn.go.com/blogs/afceast/0-7-71/...o-stay-put.html
  9. "We VALUE Jason Peters". VALUE. It sounds like they're trying to re-sign JP to me.
  10. Dude, if we get flexed OUT of a prime-time game that pretty much means we suck.
  11. If you think about it, Pettigrew makes the most sense. I realize 11 is too low for a TE, but since when does that stop the Buffalo Bills? I'm hoping the Bills pull off a trade for Scheffler, even though he is Pettigrew's polar opposite, and take a DE.
  12. With the NFL draft fast approaching I finally came up with my own mock, here it is: 1. Detroit. QB Stafford 2. St. Louis. OL. J. Smith 3. KC Chiefs. LB Aaron Curry 4. Seattle. QB Sanchez 5. Cleveland. DE Orakpo 6. Cincinnati. OL Monroe 7. Oakland. WR Maclin 8. Jacksonville. WR Crabtree 9. Green Bay. DT Raji 10. San Francisco. A. Smith 11. Our beloved Buffalo Bills. DE Robert Ayers 12. Denver.DE Tyson Jackson 13. Washington DE Everette Brown 14. New Orleans DB Jenkins 15. Houston DE Maybin 16. San Diego LB Maualuga 17. NY Jets. QB Freeman 18. Denver LB Cushing 19. Tampa Bay WR DHB 20. Detroit OL Oher 21. Philadelphia TE Pettigrew 22. Minnesota WR Harvin 23. New England LB Matthews 24. Atlanta DT Peria Jerry 25. Miami DB Smith 26. Baltimore WR Nicks 27. Indianapolis RB Moreno 28. Buffalo Bills OL Britten 29. NY Giants WR Britt 30. Tennessee C Mack 31. Arizona RB Wells 32. Pittsburgh C Unger
  13. Don't let him leave without signing. He'd be a nice addition. Now if only we can acquire Scheffler.
  14. Not many. It seemed to me like there were far more Dolphins fans than Bills fans. The atmosphere was the worst I have ever seen at a sporting event, period, and that includes pre-season football games. Now TO gets awarded with a prime-time game? Against a AFC East opponent, again? Someone in the higher ups must really hate Buffalo.
  15. ...and it's a Bucs "home" game. Not *New England's. What a surprise.
  16. How so? Did you think the streets were going to be free of coke because of his arrest? The war against drugs is a futile joke.
  17. McCargo is my number one choice for sleeper this year on the Bills "D". I think he will surprise.
