  1. You did? That guy was toast. He was by far the weakest link on our defense. What was there to like?
  2. In our first 10 games the Bills rang up 3535 yards on offense, Freddie accounted for 1376 yards of that for exactly 39%. Pretty impressive!
  3. Yes, when he was healthy, according to Baldy. EDITED After further investigation, Fredex accounted for 40% of the Bills' offense. Nowhere near 80%, but still very high.
  4. The Bills didn't like Lee at his old price tag. If he only wants $1Mill per season they might reconsider. We can use the speed and there's no denying the fact that S. Johnson played better with Evans on his side.
  5. For those of you that missed Nick Barnett on Total Access on Tuesday night, here's a quick summary: Kara Henderson asked Nick why did the Bills struggle in the second half of the season after Fitzy got his new deal, Nick said that injuries was to blame and that he doesn't understand why everyone bashes on Ryan Fitzpatrick. He blamed RF's struggles on losing many offensive weapons, especially Fredex, whom by the way, accounted for 80% of the Bills offense when he was healthy. NB also said that we aren't a deep enough team to withstand those injuries and that Buddy Nix is gonna do his best to see that depth won't be an issue in the future. Brian Baldinger agreed, saying that Nick Barnett was being mild when talking about the injuries and he started to name all the guys we lost in the regular season, that's when the camera panned over to a once smiling Nick Barnett that now looked dumbfounded by all the bad luck that struck the Bills. That was about it when it came to the Bills. They asked him about Sanchez, Tom Brady's legacy, Matt Moore and Peyton Manning, after that. On Sanchez: He said the Jets beat us twice last year so he's in no position to criticize Sanchez, he also added that he'd like to see the Jets with whatever QB that gives the Bills the best chance to win. On Tom Brady: One of the all-time greats. His SB loss doesn't count against him. On Matt Moore: He would like to see MM keep his job with the Dolphins over Peyton Manning. That was about it. Yeah, he cut his hair.
  6. https://lh4.ggpht.co...kXNBCxwjVFA=s85 Here's Nick Barnett's reaction as Brian Baldinger was reading off the names of the injured Buffalo Bills from last year, on Total Access. His facial expression says it all.
  7. The Giants weren't healthy on defense earlier in the season.
  8. Dolphins D is pretty much solid already. I see them taking Martin.
  9. As am I. Your team wins the big one and you don't even know who he QB is? WTF!!! Why are you even out there celebrating? Stupid airhead!!!
  10. I'll take Whitney Mercilus in a nano-second!! That kid is a beast!!!
  11. There's so many to choose from. The Music City Miracle, the week 17 loss to the Steelers' back-ups that prevented us from going to the playoffs, the MNF debacle against New England and the playoff loss at Miami come to mind. If I had to choose one it would be the Music City Miracle, because I thought we had a realistic chance to go to the Super Bowl that year.
  12. I agree, $3mill isn't a lot of money, but you can imagine what Fredex feels like, right now.
  13. I know that. Thanks for the clarification, anyways.
  14. LOl! He does resemble Fat Albert quite a bit.
  15. Out of your top five we only have a legitimate chance at one(Floyd). I would have had the same list as yours if I thought we had a chance at any of these guys. For the record, I'd take Jeffrey over Floyd. From what I've seen in Mercilus, the kid can get to the passer in a variety of different ways, The kid can beat the o-lineman when engaged, he can run right by him and he has an arsenal of pass rush moves. There's nothing I don't like about the kid. Plus, he forced 9 fumbles, last year, which means he's strong and smart. He goes after the ball, he's not happy just getting the sack, alone. Every year there seems to be some negative talk about certain guys. Whether it be the "one year wonder" label or the "he lacks work ethic" label that allows the good teams in the back end of round one to consistently end up with these guys, leaving fans, like us Bills fans, wondering how we let this kid end up with the Ravens or Patriots or something like that. I'm not too worried about the "one year wonder" thing. I'm more concerned with the athletic ability, size, speed, and intangibles of the individual. Whitney Mercilus seems to have his act together in all phases. I'm really hoping he's our pick.
  16. Peyton Manning is 36 years old. Healthy or not his skills will decline and decline rapidly. I'm not worried about Manning joining the Jets or the Fins. Remember how fast Kelly and Marino declined when they hit 35? The same will happen to Manning. Time waits for no man. He's one hit away from a wheel chair and he knows it. That, alone, might change the way he plays the game.
  17. I started a thread not that long ago that said we should re-sign Lindell for $7.5 million for 3 years, so $3mill per isn't that far off. He deserves it.
  18. I'd rather have the Dolphins sign Manning than Flynn, to tell you the truth. Manning will cost the Miami big bucks and I don't believe he'll ever be the same again. This move will set Miami back a few years. I hope they do it.
  19. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/radio-row-video-marcell-dareus-of-the-buffalo-bills?urn=nfl,wp17817
  20. Urbik, I believe, is restricted. I'm not too sure about Chandler.
  21. Next up, Chandler, Urbik and then Rhinehart. After that, I'm not sure if we have any other white guys left to re-sign. LOL! In all seriousness, I'm glad we brought Lindell back. He's a reliable kicker. Congrats, Rian.
  22. “I’m here representin’ the 716, y’all.” LOL!!! I think I finally like Roger Goodell.
  23. It's a big mystery at this point. We don't really know what we have in Shep and we're still missing a SSLB.
  24. Top five wish list, in order. 1. Mercilus 2. Nick Perry 3. Coples 4. Jeffrey 5. Martin It wouldn't kill me to see: Zack Brown Michael Floyd Vinny Curry in the second round.
