  1. This news saddens me. I like Merriman. I wish him well.
  2. None. Pears has practiced some but hasn't played in a game, yet.
  3. The Browns are going to win it all. Look at what they did to the Packers. Guys, take it easy. it's only preseason.
  4. Chop the head(Brady) off the snake and we'll see how good all those WR's and TE's really are.
  5. The guy is literally one huge headache! I'll pass if it's for more than a second rounder.
  6. I was at the Pats comeback game last year. I also went to the 18pt Raiders comeback game. And I was present for the 31-0 Pats beat down. Not bad games to go to considering I live in Miami! Like most here, the one game I wish I went to is the Oilers comeback game.
  7. I'd like to see: 1. Glenn shut down Allen. 2. Our linebackers covering Rudolph effectively. 3. Fitzpatrick throwing the ball accurately. 4. A few sacks.
  8. Chan: We got 10 sacks on y'all last year!!! Us!!! Ten sacks!! Do you know how bad our pass rush was, last year?
  9. We had three guys either out or playing out of position. On top of all that it was the first preseason game of the year. When Wood and Pears return and Urbik goes back to his natural spot at RG I'm sure the offensive line will be fine.
  10. The Bills should try to emulate the Dallas Cowboys offense from the early 90's. We have the running backs and offensive line to be able to move the ball quite effectively on the ground. I fear that relying on Fitzpatrick and our current corps of receivers will be our downfall on offense this year. We need to stick to the strengths of this team and be bullheaded about it. Run, run, run, then run some more. We need to line up in the power I formation and let the running game open up the passing game. Some might say the game has changed and that strategy won't work, but I disagree. We need to go against the grain and bring back old school football. If you're a corvette, I want to he a hummer. I'm rolling over your ass. That's what I would like to see out of our Bills. Overall I liked what I had seen out of our defense. When they won on a play, they won big, allowing only a yard or two, but when the defensive line broke down or got beat I noticed our linebackers weren't there to effectively clean it up. I hope Wannstedt and company can figure out a scheme that can hide the weaknesses of our linebacking corps because I fear they will prove to be the Achilles heal of this defense. I don't want to come across as doom and gloom, because the Bills are headed in the right direction, but we're still an unfinished product. We need a number two receiver and we need our young linebackers to rise to the occasion. We might not see our defense at their very best until about mid-season. Our linebackers will be better prepared and more experienced to help this defense achieve their goals with a few games under their belts.
  11. Thanks, but I've been back for quite some time now (about 4 years already). I only recently changed my handle.
  12. What's up with the warning points under my post count? I haven't had any issues since '08. Parole should be over. LOL!! This statement made me laugh when I clicked on my warning points though, so it's worth it that it's there, "Clearly you are not interested in reasonable discussion with regards to JPL. Your posts have been nothing but flamebait. Please rethink tone."!! LOL!!!!
  13. Best entertainment of your life? Oh, you must be refering to the time I broke the "McGahee being active" story right before ESPN ran with it,way back in '03. Is that what you're talking about? Lol! Seriously though, I can't believe I allowed myself to get so worked up over JP Losman. I just wanted so badly for everyone to see what I seen in him. That was fun, though. I never left. Served my 3.5 years and came back to stay. The name change isn't related to my lengthy suspension. I'm not surprised no one caught on to your b.harami references. Lol!
  14. I don't think anybody likes those collars. While we're on the subject of jerseys, will the Bills be wearing blue pants on the road, Friday? I'm looking forward to seeing that!
  15. That's good because there is a chance the game won't even be on NFL Network, Friday, 4PM. How can they air the game before they air the game in Buffalo?
  16. New England's training camps must be brutally difficult. Didn't someone else quit on the team a week ago? Brian Waters will return. He probably wants a little more cash. Training camp isn't a major necessity for someone like BW.
  17. Don't forget, the Bills still have to re-sign Levitre and Urbik. Both of these guys will be free agents next year. They might have to keep all 11 of em on the roster just for insurance purposes in the event that they don't re-up with Buffalo. Heard I like, as well. I'm anticipating him to be IR'd.
  18. Not just online. No ESPN. No local news. No phone calls. No connection to the outside world. I've tried it before, it's way too difficult. Just knowing my bills are on and me not watching it is enough to make me go insane!
