This year, Josh is wearing the potato cap, with additional art by former patients of Oshei Children's Hospital. Each hat that Josh wears pre/post game is then auctioned off, with all proceeds going to Oshei. This weeks hat for Kansas City I knew about a month and a half ago. My new dentist is the mom of who designed this hat, and who was a former Oshei patient, Carson. He suffered Cardiac Arrest 5 times in a 24 hour period. He was paralyzed. The donations to the Patricia Allen Fund was able to buy the machine that saved Carson's life. My wife is on 2400 mg of Gabapentin daily from her cancer surgery. Yes, the "climax" side effects does affect both sexes. But she's alive and doing the best she can. I would agree, get a scan. Get to the root of the problem.

On Saturday, I drank Vodka and Water while watching Game 7 of the World Series. Blue Jays lost. Yesterday, I drank beer for the 2nd week in a row while watching the Bills. First 2 games I've had beer rather than Vodka or Gin. I also wore my Cook Rivalry Jersey and my blue standard Bills logo hat, first time this year for both.

My brother in the 70s was playing for a traveling baseball team. My dad was the manager. The power hitter showed up late, and my dad asked my brother to throw him batting practice. First pitch, line drive right back to my brother, who didn't react in time. Hit my brother square on the nose, and broke it in 3 places. My brother had emergency surgery later that evening, and plastic surgery 2 weeks later, 2 months later, he was back playing on the team.

That costume is from a few years ago. Hailee in today's Beau Society newsletter talked about Halloween, and highlighted costumes of past years. This is one of them.
