I'm starting to think rather strongly that TD must have pissed Ralph off big time, for Levy to come back in this role. Lying to the owner's face (and that's just my take) is not a good move. TD must have slung the BS right to Detriot, and enough throught the organization finally have had enough, including the bullseye for the s*%t.

The mining company knew 20 minutes after the initial report, that the miners were dead, but waited 3 hours before telling the family members??? Seriously. How can someone make this decision?

Well, nothing more to say, to think of those family members who were in the highest of highs, only to be brought to the lowest of lows.

I can't really blame the media at all for this one. As Anderson Cooper was reporting, someone from inside the church ran up to him, a friend of one of the trapped miners, and told Anderson while he was on the air, that all but one were alive. Saw the footage myself. Then they went to the reporter who was at the church/command center, and she confirmed that the families were told that they were all alive. This blame falls squarely on the shoulders of the mining company. The media, although it sounds horrible, were just doing their jobs.

Here's the mining company, passing the buck, saying that "we never told anyone that they were alive. Somone picked up a stray cell phone conversation". Idiots!!!

Another family member just said that the mine officials said "we're sorry for the lack of communication". These mine officials should be put in the mine! What a bunch of crock, to say that people are alive, then come in and say to the effect, "We're sorry. Our bad".

Reporters (Watching CNN) are saying that family members are leaving the church, in tears. Fist fights broke out at the church were everyone was gathered at, between mine officials and family members. They're saying that a press conference will be held shortly. As typing, another family member is talking with reporters, confirming that all but one minor (in critical condition) have died.

Someone just ran up to Anderson Cooper, and said that the CEO of the mine just told the families that only one minor came out alive!!!

Just had a thought. If Fischer is named the HC, then my wife will turn into a big time Bills fan, because she thinks Fischer is hot!

Just read that story. I could understand why he wasn't selected, but since he came back, he has been more than just the man! Brees dived for the ball and defensive tackle Gerard Warren landed on him. "In order for it to be dislocated, some other things are going to have to give way. The labrum was the thing that kind of gave way," Brees said. "I feel like I'm going to come back better than ever. In my mind, I don't think anything's changed. I'm serious." Brees' injury could complicate the Chargers' decision on their quarterback surplus. Brees played this year under an $8 million, one-year contract as the team's "franchise" player, while backup Philip Rivers has four years left on his contract. I don't know if this has been mentioned. I know that Larry Ellison (Oracle) wants a football team badly! If he bought the Bills, that would probably purchase their ticket out of Buffalo, but with Ellison's attitude, he would at the very least, spend money in the short term, to get the Bills to a powerful level, then move them. He would tout them as a winning franchise, that needs to be in a winning city. Not a slam against Buffalo, but that is just how Ellison works.
