    I sold a house in an absolutely disastrous condition in April. New roof needed. Inside needed a complete gut job, and waterproofing in the basement needed as water was leaking on 3 walls in the basement. Sold for $40K over asking.

    No it wasn't. Smith lowered his head towards Field's chest. Fields at the last minute lowered his head, making Smith's helmet contact the bottom of Fields face mask.
