    I'm not saying their fixed. What I am saying is there is more fight, more want, in this team than the stretches we have seen during the Housley head coaching years for example. If you cannot recognize that, that's more of a you problem than a me problem.

    My wife and I were there a few times, last couple of trips were for cancer evaluations. NYC has a certain energy about it that's unlike anywhere we've been. We wouldn't want to live there, but we can see ourselves spending a couple of weeks at a time visiting.

    My wife and I generally stock up on things we can buy in bulk. We buy 50 lbs of rice and flour at a time. We stock up on soups, tomato paste, beans, etc. We also stock up on paper products. We also have been known to buy a 1/4 cow and 1/2 pig.

    A good friend of mine sent me a care package, and included was the two other Rush beers. I just opened Moving Pitchers, the blonde Belgian Pale Ale, and OH MY GAWD!!!!! What Golden Ale lacked, Moving Pitchers more than made up for it! Absolutely fantastic!!!

    To be honest, the average buyer won't put in the work you are doing. What you are doing is a good negotiating point for the realtor to use!

    Welcome to real estate in 2022. My wife who is also an agent is representing a young couple buying their first home. She put in an offer of $60K over asking on a home. There were 67 offers on the home, and her offer was in the middle of the pack. That's how it's been and will be that way for the foreseeable future.
