Very good take. The lawyer for Jane Doe has a job to do. He wants justice for his client (and rightfully so). As it stands currently, Araiza is collateral damage for the attorney to get justice for his client. If Arazia is found guilty in a court of law, he should absolutely do the time. He has already been found guilty in the court of public opinion, due solely to the opinion of an attorney who is doing his job, albeit coming off like a loose cannon.

But nothing has been determined on the criminal side of this. Or the Civil side for that matter. Just a lot of opinions.

I made a post earlier with a link where the then Erie County DA found a number of inconsistencies with her statements, and the accuser no longer wanting to cooperate with the DA or police, thus the case being dropped. So that would lead me to believe that Kane would be more innocent than guilty.
