Don't forget the University of Rochester. It has become the largest employer in Rochester. About to open a new $68 million cancer research center and will soon have one of, if not the most powerful lasers in the world. Also focusing on fusion research. Amazing stuff happening over there. I agree that Rochester's job market is going downhill in comparison to much of the nation, but it is certianly in the best position in all of upstate NY and may just make it through.

There is a difference between slacking on the job (indirect stealing) and knowingly falsifying timecards (blanted stealing.) While both could be looked at the same, one is a direct act that must be thought out and the intentions known, the other is indirect.

Wrong! I get a hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks a day. Only post during those. If anything, I short change myself at work by leaving hours off during busy periods to help my department meet the budget.
