You do a good job with these every year. It's very impressive. I could see the Peppers pick happening. It would be a disaster IMO. I'm not sure how you can say he's a "football player" when he had one - ONE - interception in his entire Michigan career (in the last month of his last regular season). He's an athlete who lacks instincts and has no true position. All of that said - yes, he's the kind of player I could see the Bills squandering the #10 pick on.

You're not going to beat Brady with scheme, anyhow. The key to beating the Patriots is winning individual battles, particularly along the defensive line.

Very good prospect but lacks the elite skills to create mismatches on his own. I'd rather Ross if they're going WR in Round 1, but frankly maybe Howard would be the better pick than either of them in terms of pure versatility and mismatch-creating ability. All of that said - something tells me that McDermott comes from the Dave Gettleman school of using high picks on the front seven, which I've always preferred...

You may be right about the position generally but ZB is a sick athlete. He's a linebacker with a cornerback's agility. Those guys are not dime-a-dozen. I don't love his lack of heart but his skills are rare.

Oh he's worse than Chris Williams. Williams was a smart dude with back issues, his body just couldn't hold up. Ducasse is a mentally and physically soft tub of goo. He's one of the least impressive OL specimens I've ever seen.
