  1. Isn't it worth at least $1-$2M to PREVENT the Patriots from adding another useful weapon on offense?
  2. Jeeeeeebus man! You don't need Tom Brady to successfully operate an NFL franchise. The Stockholm Syndrome levels around here are really starting to spike. The Bills should be accumulating and retaining talent according to a coherent strategy. Not plugging holes year to year with no discernible plan. Watch - they'll let MG go and they'll pick a cornerback in Rd1 this year and a running back in Rd1 in 2018. I could set my watch to it.
  3. But he creatively neglected to mention Gillislee.
  4. And by the way - let's assume this is McCoy's last year on the Bills. If they don't match, they'll be spending yet another high pick on a running back in a year or two.
  5. Folks are acting like it was a binary choice: 5th round tender or 2nd round tender. It wasn't. They also could've signed him to a cap-friendly extension that would've avoided this entire problem. Doug Whaley is decent enough at scouting and drafting players (although he has a horrible blind spot when it comes to scouting QBs). He has NO IDEA how to build a roster, plan for the future, or work seamlessly with a coach. Nor can he interface with the media or the Bills' community (ex players, etc). He is a horrible, awful general manager.
  6. Follow them yes. Defend every move they make like PTR and blame the fans for any failures? Nope.
  7. Pretty much all of this is wrong.
  8. You'd think Whaley would've learned his lesson with Hogan, but Whaley seems to be a thick-headed amateur with a professional death wish.
  9. That's right. Even when that clown GM stumbles onto talent, he lacks a coherent strategy for retaining or valuing it. But you go ahead and follow your pied piper franchise.
  10. Whaley is a garbage GM. PTR, you heard me.
  11. You are dominating the draft discussion around here. Please.
  12. It's not a small issue - it's a non-issue. Total waste of time and a distraction (intentionally, perhaps) from actual, important problems.
  13. Mike Brown will happily select him in Round 3 or 4.
  14. Dude your takes are so... bizarre.
  15. I can see that happening. They may think that Peterman or Webb in Round 2 would offer better value and would give them a Kirk Cousins-type player to develop for a year or two under Tyrod. If Tyrod excels, you can trade them; if he falters, they could take the reins.
  16. I'd be ok with this but as I've said, Foster's learning disability might scare teams off and could slip as a result.
  17. "The Nicknames Brando Gave Me"
  18. If I'm not mistaken he worked remotely a lot because he was highly dependent on BLESTO and similar rating services, which had a heyday but lost their relevance and effectiveness while Tommy was still relying on them. That said, he seemed like a quality human.
  19. Clowney was chased by similar whispers and he looks like he's on the verge of becoming dominant. These are KIDS.
  20. They're taking a QB high. Anyone doubt this?
