  1. Good stuff, this looks spot on to me.
  2. There are folks on this board who believe that no personnel decisions matter until/unless you have a franchise QB on the roster. Those posters are incredibly misguided and annoying, but there are loads of them (some of them in this thread).
  3. JWill was my favorite draft pick last year. I don't understand what happened to him when he got to the NFL - his explosiveness was gone and he became fumble-prone. Hopefully he gets himself in shape and focused because the opportunity is staring at him.
  4. You KNOW they'll pass on the top QBs to pick a cornerback or WR. You and I both know it.
  5. Thomas could fall to 10 and make the Bills think hard. I continue to believe that SF has been smokescreening and likes Trubinsky (he's a Cousins clone). If SF passes on Thomas he could fall to us. He's not a position of glaring need but how do you pass up a player like him (or Allen for that matter)? You can't have too many impact defensive linemen IMO.
  6. Yep. But his mocks are historically bad, even for mocks.
  7. Things I can almost guarantee will now happen: 1) McCoy will miss games this year due to injury; 2) The Bills will draft a RB with a 1st or 2nd round pick in either 2017 or 2018
  8. It makes no sense at all, other than the fact that our GM is a glorified scout who loves his draft picks.
  9. The Bills' problem is that they lack a coherent strategy for building the roster and developing players.
  10. Would love to trade down with the Giants (who'll pick Howard).
  11. You are overrating the Bills' o-line.
  12. They have tactics. They lack a strategic plan.
  13. This is where you and I differ. I do not believe that the Bills' front office has a plan of any kind.
  14. I missed it - did someone say they're matching?
  15. The annual Schedule Strip Tease?
  16. I really, really like Terry and Kim as humans. They're not like Dan Snyder or Jerry Jones, who may be the Antichrist. But man, they seem to be in wayyyyy over their heads as owners.
  17. I do think SF is playing it tight and intends to pick Tru. Just my hunch.
  18. MG's running style reminds me of one, and only one player: Fred Jackson. But MG is faster. If the Bills were a competently-run organization - which they most certainly are NOT - they would match this in a heartbeat with the understanding that MG will compete with JWill and possibly a middle-round 2018 draft pick for the #1RB spot next year (Shady will not be back in 2018, I've become convinced). But the Bills are not a competently-run organization. Putting aside the emotional bluster of Sea Biscuit and others, they have completely botched this situation yet again. Consider that the three positions the Bills have lost/are on the verge of losing to NE are: WR, CB, RB. Does anyone doubt that those three positions will all be addressed by first and second round picks this year and next? Want to wager about that? If Leroi is to be believed (and I believe him), 3 of the top 5 on the Bills' big board are WR and CB... I don't understand how people continue to defend stupidity and incompetence. But I suppose I should understand it - we seem to live in a society where people convince themselves of fairy tales on a daily basis.
  19. Save your breath, friend. They aren't going to hear it.
  20. Ironically all of these moves likely will help lead to the Pegulas trying to poach someone from the Patriots' pro personnel department in about a year from now - now THAT will make for an awkward interview...
