    I knew they had given him the full-court press. He was the McVay of the 1990s - his schemes on offense were incredible and innovative. Washington killed his career, just like it's done to many others (except, oddly, McVay).

    It’s just not good value or resource allocation. What’s more, it would take either extreme stupidity or giant cajones to spend a top 10 pick on a part-time running back in a “win or else” year for this regime. Plus Shady is making $8m. They’d have to be insane.

    Anywho - Simmons is a beast, he's going to be a disruptive force in the NFL, reminds me of Chris Jones who I loved coming out and who is one of the best players in the league. Wouldn't mind it at all if they took him.
