  1. Kinda cool to see the influx (and re-influx) of offensive-minded coaches - Arians, LaFleur, Kingsbury, there will be a couple others.
  2. All kinda depends on who Miami hires to coach, right? As for Flacco, he's not going somewhere where they've installed a short, precision-passing offense, like Washington. That's not his game.
  3. I think that's probably right - he's launching his own brand and he probably got legal advice not to use official NFL logos etc. to promote his products, because, well, you know, laws.
  4. You mean because people associate him with a flower?
  5. He did delete the Bills pics - no idea why. Could be a branding/consolidation thing.
  6. Doesn't it seem like neither the Bucs and Redskins have made a tackle in about 10 years?
  7. That's not why we were making fun of you.
  8. Arians has an 0-2 record in retirement.
  9. Respectfully - I don't think the issue was a lack of effort, but possibly a lack of focus. Even more so, though, he seemed to learn how to track the ball during the season - something I would not have thought possible.
  10. My audio is back - you can all relax now.
  11. I have no audio here in the northeast...
  12. They also put him on waivers and lucked out a bit that he wasn’t claimed...
  13. If they don't already, the Bills should host offseason facility/City tours for major sports agency groups, on the Pegulas' dime.
  14. The reason is simple and it’s what Badol said - fans (humans generally?) want so badly to be able to maintain optimism that they suspend disbelief and ignore evidence that undercuts that optimism. “There must be a plan” - a “process” - a “Divine Intent” - something that explains the unexplainable and ascribes a positive, moral order to chaos and negativity.
  15. My hot take is that this is being discussed in a six page thread already: http://twobillsdrive.com/community/topic/212568-rex-ryan-to-the-dolphins/
  16. But that really isn’t the issue - it’s a matter of opportunity cost and resource allocation - letting Gilmore walk was part of the calculus that included passing on Mahomes and trading down for Tre... that’s the issue.
  17. So you're agreeing that Gilmore was "shredded" by Foles in the Super Bowl?
  18. “Sick burn”? Did you attend Heim Middle School in the 80s? That’s the last time I heard someone use that phrase.
  19. He isn’t aware. Do you know what Flat-Earthers do when they’re presented with objective, measurable evidence that the Earth is round? They ignore it. It’s a symptom of our times...
  20. Says the guy who starts duplicate threads daily.
  21. “Those who ignore history are bound to repeat it.” Signed, the Buffalo Bills. Also, this is a football message board. The Hogan play was not his fault. The point about his last season is somewhat valid - there were concentration lapses and some “business decisions” made while tackling (which ended up to his detriment) but you cannot argue with what he’s done this year, which is exactly what the GOAT paid him to do.
  22. Bills fans’ evaluations of Gilmore should be used as an objective yardstick of football acumen. The best coach in history thought he was worth paying to be the top corner in the league, and he proved that decision to be the correct one by playing like the best corner in the league. But he didn’t smile on draft day and pointed at a teammate once so... Your post should never happen, for a variety of reasons including that the premise of it was debunked upthread and it’s a nonsense point in any event. This is what I mean...
