  1. Religion is kind of a conspiracy theory if you think about it - the idea that chaos and apparent disorder and injustice are in fact the work of some invisible guiding hand...
  2. Conspiracy theories are soooooo lame. Not rigged, just plain ole American incompetence.
  3. Anywho - Simmons is a beast, he's going to be a disruptive force in the NFL, reminds me of Chris Jones who I loved coming out and who is one of the best players in the league. Wouldn't mind it at all if they took him.
  4. He will once he tests - he’s going to shoot up the boards.
  5. Agreed. Right position wrong player - I think it'll be Cajuste when all is said and done.
  6. I’m sure you do - your ideal in life is to end up like the guy in the gun store in “Pulp Fiction” who sends his buddy down to wake up the gimp...
  7. Right? It just about sums up the decline of this once-great society. Haters need to learn to spell...
  8. Why don't you elaborate on how you plan to be part of the final solution, so to speak. Can't wait to hear it. You know what's worse than liberal whining and Trump's criminality? White Male Anger. It's beyond tiresome.
  9. Quadruple value, actually, if you believe that their division rival covets him...
  10. I don't mind picking a d-lineman at 9, but this guy underachieved.
  11. Dunno about "entirely" - his bosses deserve a decent amount of the blame for ending up in that situation. The Pegulas' belief that they could waltz into the NFL and learn on the job has set the franchise back about 10 years...
  12. If you cant get Sanjay Lal, Curry is the next best thing...
  13. Right?? Not only that - the coaches put Ritchie in charge of JMart!
  14. Greggo's defense is designed to bully weak offenses and rookie QBs. Against feeble opponents, they look amazing. Against anyone else, they are very vulnerable. My lasting memory of Greggo was him slamming his clipboard on the ground as the Patriots ran yet another successful misdirection screen pass for a huge gain against him, circa 2002. Pretty sure it was Kevin Faulk. EDIT: yup here it is: https://www.upi.com/New-England-38-Buffalo-7/61961036371084/ "Running back Kevin Faulk turned a screen pass into a 45-yard scoring play with 7:33 left in the third quarter to increase New England's lead to 24-7."
  15. Agree with Blokes about Cajuste. Not sure he goes top 5 but he definitely goes top 10 and is going to be the first offensive lineman taken. We have seen this before - the early offseason "consensus" top LT is a technician who probably has hit his ceiling already (Jonah) - they almost always get leapfrogged by an athletic riser who tests well at the combine and has room to grow into the position. That's Cajuste - his ceiling is higher than any other offensive lineman in the class. And it wouldn't shock me at all if the Bills are hoping he falls to 9 - he'd be the pick in a heartbeat.
  16. Jamaal Adams will love playing for him.
  17. This is no time to be chasing a quick BJ.
  18. But is he the best-looking special teams coach in the league? That’s what’s most important.
  19. I think it’s fair to ask whether McBeane have sufficient contacts around the league to fully evaluate both players and coaches, or whether they’re overly reliant on recommendations from their former colleagues. Certainly he seems energetic and dedicated and he’s no retread; hopefully he can fix the woeful STs we’ve seen during McD’s tenure (and I’ve always thought that Teams was more about the head coach and GM). But you have to wonder whether McBeane have a full grasp of personnel and coaching evaluations. It’s a fair question.
  20. Ouch - I resemble that remark.
