I cannot believe (i) Lee Smith was allowed to have two more penalties; (ii) Levi Wallace was left on an island; and (iii) Allen fumbled AGAIN. Re the last point, but for a fortuitous bounce and great awareness by Feliciano, the story of this game is Allen coughing it up yet again, this time on the goal line. Allen is a knucklehead. Still has a high ceiling but I’m drafting a QB in the 3rd-4th round if I’m Beane. Something about Allen is just off.

The third and three play where josh threw incomplete deep to Beasley, who was double-covered, changed the game. But Levi Wallace losing track of Higgins lost the game.

Jauron Ball loses the game. If you’re gonna coach that way, and assemble your roster that way, you’d be best served to beef up special teams - which costs nothing. But these guys are super stubborn about that.

The Bears will soon be releasing Ryan Pace... they got rid of Howard (who beat them by himself last week) and gave $6m to Davis to replace him - and released him after 25 yards of offense. Pace may throw a Hail Mary this offseason and sign Cam, if he makes it that far. But they might just fire him. That team should be better than they are.

I just wanna reiterate that I’m not affiliated with either of those clowns.

I really have no idea how this one is gonna go so I won’t be making a prediction, but I’ll say this: if the Bills can’t go win a game like this I have a hard time seeing them winning a playoff game this year. This game seems like that kind of test. They’ll make the playoffs, I expect, but I’m hoping the ceiling is a bit bigger than that this year.

They definitely aren't. But to expect the Bills go to in there in a shortened week and beat them on primetime - that's a tall order. Plus they have maulers up front and that's our weakness.

I think that’s overstating it. He had one ineffective game against a great front four - and it also looked to me that he may have been wearing the wrong cleats. Gore almost always falls forward and he also punishes the defense a bit which you need, especially when you’re trying to close out a lead.
