  1. Bad form, but it was legit one of the greatest football plays of all-time.
  2. Also this from Football Outsiders. Morse, Boettiger and Mongo were absolutely terrible, and Williams and Knox had several complete whiffs.
  3. We lost our Gaines?
  4. Say it - rhymes with Haybin...
  5. I didn’t (and don’t) even think AJ was the BPA there.
  6. In retrospect, Chinn would’ve been the pick.
  7. Correct. Asking him to completely change his body type and game in a shortened rookie offseason was an epic player development FAIL. He needs a much better offseason plan this time around.
  8. Will Fuller has bad hands and Josh throws darts. I know that’s a very specific objection but I don’t think he’d mesh.
  9. Some ideas: PUNCTUATE PROVIDE A HIGHLIGHT VIDEO TELL US WHAT POSITION HE PLAYS etc.
  10. He passed on the most talented QB of all time to draft a cornerback. He’s just never going to be on Bill’s Xmas card list.
  11. https://www.syracuse.com/buffalo-bills/2021/01/bills-brandon-beane-on-tough-decisions-looming-in-offseason-matt-milanos-future-in-buffalo.html “Matt is a very good player. What a great job he’s done since he came in here to improve from 2017 to now,” Beane said. “We’d love to be able to get Matt back. He knows that. ... The business side matters. He wants to and he’s earned the right to go to free agency and see what his market bears. We’ll do our best to retain him and as many guys as we can. We just don’t even know the numbers yet and what it’s going to be. There’s going to be some tough decisions unfortunately for us. Whether it’s letting guys go on this roster or having to watch guys leave.”
  12. Houston's dysfunctional ownership continues to screw up the league, and it disproportionately affects Buffalo. To recap: 1) Trades 2 #1st to Miami for Tunsil, giving the Dolphins a top-five pick; Tunsil wasn't extended in advance, giving players in a similar position additional negotiating leverage. 2) Trades Hopkins for peanuts; Hopkins single-handedly beats Buffalo in 2020 3) Hires David Culley instead of Leslie Frazier, giving extra draft capital to the best GM in football 4) Likely trades a top-five QB in his prime to the AFC East
  13. Cody Ford is a horrible football player. Injuries aside, I see very little instinct, technique or commitment to getting better. Would love him to prove me wrong but I’m very skeptical he will.
  14. The most important part of what he said was that Milano himself wants to test the market.
  15. He coordinated the worst passing attack in football yes? You do you, Houston.
  16. Wouldn’t be shocked if Frazier turned it down already.
  17. The Epanesa pick seems to have been bungled. They got zero help from their top draft pick (yes, Diggs, I get it, please) in a year they could've used it. Chinn would've been a huge boost to the defense.
  18. They’d have to go back to the players’ union and that would create a leverage opportunity. So I doubt it happens.
  19. And I still don’t understand what it means.
  20. He misevaluates their talent for sure but he didn’t screw the cap up - they’re on very team-friendly deals, if he wants to let them walk and try again he can do that fairly easily.
  21. Has he? They can easily get out of all of those contracts this offseason except Star’s, and that’s only because Star opted out.
  22. Put it another way - KC has accumulated so much talent that Beane and McD might need to rethink their approach. It’s not going to be good enough to field a team with a great QB and 21 other guys who play well within the system. It just won’t work - KC won’t make enough unforced errors, and their sheer talent will win out most times. The Bills need to ramp up their speed and aggression, and create more mismatches, if they want to dethrone KC.
