if I lived in NYC yes--but I don't

I wish Travis good luck. You can't blame him for wanting to start somewhere and play. I do think he is overstating his value though. He played his heart out for the Bills and played injured throughout his tenure here. Cannot have anything but respect for him. Bottom line though is that WM is the better back and does not fumble or make as many mistakes as TH. I do think he will find it much more competitive than he thinks at finding and beating out other backs. This is the NFL and you have to expect competition.

Top 5 back? Maybe top 12-15. I always liked Travis but WM is the better back. TH makes too many mental and physical mistakes. Go back to the critical third and 2 inches against NE in the game at home. He stumbles and falls on third down and then goes the wrong way on fourth down. He can run well at times, plays very hard for you but you can get better backs elsewhere. He is no Corey Dillon for which the Pats gave up a second round pick.

Hey! Anyone know what Henry wants to do???
Ray replied to The Poojer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
that's because they have no first round pick this year!!! -
In Boston a chilly 8 degress and -13 wind chill.

Hands down best coach in the league. Could the Bills beat the Colts with Nate Clements, Terrence McGee and Sam Adams all out??? Could they hold them to a field goal? Well that is what the Pats did to the number one offense in the NFL. Unbelievable coaching job--just unbelievable

Cant wait for Vick, Roth, or McNabb to show

Corp you are right. The reason people hate Brady is simple jealousy--we want him on the Bills! He is the best QB in the league. 28-2 in his last 30 games!! Are you kidding me? two SB rings and on his way to a possible third. Name one pro bowl receiver on the Pats. You can't because there aren't any. They have no Pro Bowl offensive players which makes his accomplishments that much more impressive. Face it, the guy is a great, great QB. No 5-6 1st round picks on his offensive team. A bunch of mid round WRs and college free agent WRs. -
Yeah I know. People are entitled to their own opinions (even though they may be dumb and irrational ) Using their logic the Colts should get rid of Marvin Harrison because he failed to have any impact on that game yesterday. Therefore he must suck and needs to be let go.

Pats are great! Let's face it. If they win against Pittsburgh and go on to win another SB this will be a great dynasty and Belichick could be the best coach of all time. Three SB out of four in today's game! Yes, better than Lombardi, Noll, Shula etc... That is if the Pats win the SB. The Pats have not had to win a playoff game on the road during this run except when Drew beat the Steelers 3 years back. Why are they so good? Unselfish, smart, and make the plays they are supposed to--catch the ball when it is trown to you, tackle, block your assigned guy, make your FGs you should. They do not do dumb things to hurt themselves. I'll take Tom Brady over any other QB in the NFL today because he plays smart.

What is the problem with people on this board and their moronic obsession with getting rid of Moulds. Where are you going to replace a number one WR? Where are you going to replace the 80+ catches/year? You are not! Look at Peerless now in Atlanta--how did that work out for him as a number one WR. Evens is not ready for a number one WR role. Moulds is a number one WR, that makes Evans a much better player and Moulds is our best offensive player in terms of production. That may change if WM continues to improve. We NEED Moulds!!

After Brady's showing yesterday he has sown himself again to be the best QB in the NFL. Not the best arm or the strongest, but the best. Quick decisions, good decisions and accurate with the ball. Doesn't turn the ball over much at all. The guy is the best QB in the NFL and has two rings and Super Bowl MVPs to prove it. -
I hope it works, but I really doubt there will be enough critical mass to support all of those plans. Maybe on a smaller scale and then build a beautiful park/beach down there that costs a lot less. Too bad they don't have JOBS there that will keep people there and downtown. Having a college/university downtown with a critical mass of students, employees etc would have helped. Too late now.

He'll be fine. Once he starts pitching and pitching well he'll be a media darling. 1.04 ERA in the World Series and 3-0 record--not too bad.

Anytime we're back in the area we go there!! Best supermarket in the country. Certainly much better than you find anywhere in New England. Great food, service, employees etc... Congrats to Wegmans and its employees!!!

Quite a problem to have--they should trade Rivers. At least they know Brees can play in the NFL. Rivers hasn't proved a thing. Watch them get rid of Brees, Rivers come in and be awful for the next three years and the Chargers go back to sucking for a decade again. Well they had their one good season for the decade.

It is funny how he would have taken 20M less to play for the Yankees--because he wants to play for a contender!!! Astros were pretty dumb for not letting him have a no-trade clause. He probably would have done much better in Houston than he will in NY, even though it's the Mets
-
I hate Adelphia--is there any other company that has screwed WNY more? And they keep doing it!
-
With that signing the Mets should compete for the Bisons for the international league title, but I think the Bisons have better overall pitching!!!
-
It's going to be close to 60 this week in Boston--not bad.

Cincy looking to trade no.17 overall
Ray replied to Losman-McGahee-Evans's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
At best a third or fourth round pick for Henry. You can get good backs a lot of places and it just so happens that this year there are many in the draft and as free agents. Thinking you can trade TH for a second round pick is VERY foolish. But hey, if some dumb GM is for it then all the better for the Bills. -
You are 100% right on this one! Huge priority--huge!!

Missed short FG's, Interceptions, etc...
Ray replied to Toledo Bill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It does give us all perspective. 99% of the teams are going dumb things as well. 28 yard field goals missed, stupid penalties. How about Barton of the Jets last night? -
Gotta feel great for Cottrell!! AW could not catch a thing in Buffalo--it is true he wanted out as soon as his contract was up! NC wants to stay and has said much nicer things about being in Buffalo in general. But hey I'm happy for K Newman too!

A very important point to keep in mind when assessing overall performance!!

Yeah, our Oline is better than Denvers'!
