  1. Their unerring ability to smell a skunk? Just trying to help you find answers...
  2. Thank you - your comments about the Pats are always appreciated!
  3. These are just the opening skirmishes now. The crescendo of war cries for offensive skill players will rise through March and will be deafening come April. As usual.
  4. I see that MSU knocked off Wisconsin, 64 - 55, yesterday.
  5. Can we retain confidence in Circuit City, after this consorting with the enemy?
  6. That was my (vague) impression of their needs, too. Perhaps Hollywood Donohue will chime in...
  7. Maybe he'll buy the Bills from Ralph.
  8. $100 for socks and shorts... Do you perform at a club?
  9. Update on Thurman: "Thurman gets 90 days in jail DUI sentence may be reduced if player continues his treatment BY SHARON COOLIDGE | SCOOLIDGE@ENQUIRER.COM 02/22/07 Suspended Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Odell Thurman told a judge Wednesday he was driving drunk early on the morning of Sept. 25 when he was stopped at a DUI checkpoint in the East End. He added that he struggles with alcoholism. "I am here today to accept what I did," Thurman said. "I am in treatment, trying to get everything straightened out." "Are you an alcoholic?" Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge John Burlew asked Thurman. "Yes, I am," Thurman replied." etc. http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/art.../702220379/1066
  10. I should think it was obvious...
  11. 32 teams X 53 roster spots = 1696 jobs, plus the PS and NFLE spots. Thousands and thousands of folks aspiring for those jobs. Few are going to lift their leg on the Bills or any other club.
  12. If they cut him he'd last about 30 seconds on the waiver wire before some other team claimed him.
  13. I'd be surprised if any team aims to pony up that much. I doubt that Kelsay & agent are going to make idiot demands like that guy from IND a few years back - Chad Bratzke or some such - who ended up signing for less than the Colt's original offer. If his price tag is palatable to the Bills' budget - for whatever that means - they should re-sign him.
  14. Ah, you get your share, Mike.
  15. Load up with a big thermos of coffee and a dozen doughnuts. You're going to be waiting for a long time before anyone shows up...
  16. Nicely put. Kelsay isn't a Peppers, but seems to give reliable play. Stability matters...having players at positions that are good enough, if not world-beaters, so that every draft isn't a mad dash to try to fill this or that hole. The enviable position to be in is the one where you are drafting collegians and grooming them to step in when current players move on, slow up and so forth.
  17. Good 'ole Rotoworld...the Pulse of the Planet!
  18. I don't believe the franchised Justin Smith has signed quite yet - but there's little doubt that he will. Unless somebody wants to hand the B'gals two 1st round picks.
  19. Well, his stats from last year look OK. Given that the Bills went through a goodly period of time with DE question marks, I wouldn't be hasty in giving him the heave-ho.
  20. http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=58782&hl= Do your homework.
  21. That would be a nice SNL skit...
  22. So you've expanded past music theft to stealing "Uncle Buck"...
  23. One bit, two bits, six bits a dollar. All for Piller, stand up and holler.
