  1. Gunner, no one is defending the Pegulas as master business executives. We know. They screw up a lot. But it's odd that you're defending this article as quality journalism while ignoring the history these reporters have. This isn't the first article taking the Pegulas to task for letting people go. They have been piling on for a while. While giving little mention of the dire financial straits they find themselves in. It reeks of a vendetta.
  2. Well there you go. So don't you think there's a chance that Graham and Vogl have an agenda here? Like getting back at team owners that, allegedly, got their fellow reporters fired?
  3. Just for argument sake, could I find a dozen people who think you're an arse? Just saying you can present facts in many ways. The Buffalo News ran an article on the financial pressures the Pegulas are under. Is that story any less accurate?
  4. Is it though? Lots of digruntled ex-employees. No mention of the crash in the energy markets that might have brought about this drastic action. Let's not forget John Vogl has been on the Pegulas case for weeks now.
  5. The US price of oil just went NEGATIVE! Below zero. Why should someone whose wealth is based on gas and oil be worried?
  6. This may she'd some light. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/apr/20/oil-prices-sink-to-20-year-low-as-un-sounds-alarm-on-to-covid-19-relief-fund? So much for drilling another well.
  7. I put up with Ralph for decades because the thought of having no Bills was worse. This isn't enough for me to break out my torch and pitchfork.
  8. I think we found Tim Graham's new TBD burner account.
  9. That is likely, but it's equally likely if they were a well-run operation. Frankly, a new stadium may well have just become a back burner issue thanks to Covid-19.
  10. And let's consider the outcome here. Do we want to run the Pegulas out of town? What happens next? From where does the next multi-billionaire that loves Buffalo come along that won't move our teams? I'm willing to overlook a lot to keep my teams here.
  11. I agree but I wouldn't trade one for the Bills.
  12. I wonder if the Athletic will retain their Buffalo bureau once all we have left are AHL and XFL teams?
  13. So is there anyone you could see the Bills moving up to #31 for?
  14. We bought a memory foam mattress from Amazon for the guest room and it's very comfortable. Don't know what brand. And yes they smell bad for a while.
  15. Now do that formula for the population of Albania, because that's where she's from. But there 80% of women look like this.
  16. I think the Bills want players who are versatile. Owens at his age would be limited. Like he said, a 3rd down/red zone target. Maybe if injuries bite and you're desperate but not now.
  17. Don't open it now without PPE.
  18. Yeah. A lesser QB would have crumpled under the pressure. Not every game is a work of art. All that matters is the W. But I get it. The goalposts keep moving for Allen. He reaches one benchmark, then it's "oh, but what about this?"
  19. You mean like beating Dallas on Thanksgiving or topping the Steelers on the road on national TV to clinch a playoff berth? Yeah, I'd love to see that.
  20. I could see Beane trade down at 54 if he could get another 3rd.
  21. Why so confident? They said there would be millions of tests available a month ago. So far? Crickets.
  22. And how can you allow sports leagues access to tens of thousands of Covid tests when hospitals can't get them? They want to reopen society and the economy but there's not a test to be found.
