  1. I don't agree but whatever.
  2. He has to win a Super Bowl first. But I'm not sure SNL is still doing that because every jock except Peyton Manning was awful at it. It's more likely Hailey Steinfeld is invited to host and she brings Josh along for a cameo.
  3. Have you considered Bill ain't the GOAT without a GOAT QB? A lot of the Pats issues came from the players Bill drafted.
  4. You should try watching games sober.
  5. Judging by the number of UB Bulls on our roster (3) the Bills seem to keep a close eye on the local college team. I would love nothing better than to have Dolac be a Bill. He could very well be our next Matt Milano. He has that skill set.
  6. Oh, is that the narrative now? Playing not to lose? What happened that you didn't like? Ran when he should have passed? Passed when he should have ran? Went for it on 4th? Didn't go for it on 4th?
  7. True, but the insinuation was that Allen was the obvious pick which he wasn't but for a few draft gurus like Mel Kiper.
  8. I know a lot of fans took Peter's side because the Bills were a trainwreck franchise. But I still think Peters was an a--hole.
  9. Whaley was only retained that draft to keep him from taking the Bills draft info to another team. My apologies, the correct.
  10. The past is a nice place but you can't go back.
  11. We're you in a coma during the 2018 draft? Do you not remember the "expert" opinions on Josh Allen? Does the phrase "Wrong Josh" ring a bell? Further, did you also forget that the Bills made TWO trades to get up to #7 to draft Allen? Luck had nothing to do with it. Brandon Beane pulled a real-life "Draft Day: the Movie" to get our franchise QB. Too suggest anything less is hilarious. Are they good points because they're good, or you just want to agree with them? Also, Levy wasn't a player personnel expert, as was proven later, sadly. So no, his comments wouldn't mean more. And last I heard, he wasn't offering his opinion. You know, most people in a hole stopping digging.
  12. Yes. It's not like Monos had the answers when it was his job to build the Bills. So why does he get to second guess our current, far more successful regime? It's like Rex Ryan taking about McDermott having a lack of commitment. 😂
  13. After committing to Buffalo then reneging on his deal. Even when the Bills gave a UDFA a shot Yeah, I heard of him.
  14. "Whatever they are doing didn't work." See, I'm an expert.
  15. You are quoting a stat, not predicting the future.
  16. Miami is not far behind us and the Pats could turn things around quickly. I'm not worried about the Jets. Again, we delude ourselves with our own narratives.
  17. Man, the sense of entitlement here. Don't let karma hear you. "Just show up." This is what I'm talking about. Magical thinking. 50/50 odds. More like 2/98 odds
  18. So it takes balls to screw up a good thing? People are convincing themselves that McDermott is all that's keeping us from winning it all, and that anyone we hire next will finish the job because we are so close, and there's no chance that a new head coach will set us back.
  19. What I meant was this holographic stadium shows a canopy that goes completely around the stadium. This was a design that was proposed way back. But I think the stadium they are actually building leaves the endzones uncovered. Am I wrong? Edit: Apparently I am wrong. I just watched the drone video and it shows a covered end zone. So never mind.
  20. Isn't this an old version of the new stadium? I thought the end zones were uncovered now in the latest version?
  21. We couldn't sell out a single Jays game when we had them during COVID. And I'm talking about when attendance caps were lifted. Largest crowd was 13,000. Sahlens Field holds over 16,000. I totally don't get this. What does original mean here?
  22. Would you trade the Bills for an NBA team? Because you can't have both. The Bills are a regional team and has a following nationwide now. An NBA team would be starting from scratch and would rely on a fan base travelling shorter distances because some games are on weeknights. Here is a rank of average NBA ticket prices from last season. Indiana was the lowest at $138.
  23. Not really. Let's be really generous and include Niagara Municipality (Ft Erie, Niagara Falls, St. Catherines), Hamilton city, Haldimand and Brant Counties. That is a combined population of 1.2 million, about equal to metro Buffalo (Erie, Niagara and Cattarugus counties.) So that makes the Buffalo region 2.4 million. That would only place us between #26-#29 along side cities like Las Vegas, Austin, Sacramento, and Pittsburgh. More realistically you'd only count Niagara Municipality, an area within 45 minutes of downtown Buffalo. That population is 500,000. That puts Buffalo at #37-39 along cities like Norfolk. Providence and Jacksonville. Buffalo by itself is only 1.2 million, rank #50. When you look at how many cities are larger than Buffalo yet have no major franchises, you realize how lucky we are. We got the Bills and Sabres when we were larger and more important. Since then other regions grew while we shrank. So no, we aren't getting an NBA or MLB team. And be aware what you're risking when you say you want Terry Pegula to sell the Sabres.
