  1. Indy I see you're not happy with the Bills organization right now, but damn to say we down right suck??? I cannot even guess what your feelings were durring those 2-14 seasons. All other things aside, does this have anything to do with the Bills dropping Sape to the practice squad? Don't forget I am one of the 8 members.
  2. The top of my list has to be my 78 Nova, it was the first car I ever owned, nothing as sweet as your first car! As far as NICE cars go I had a chance to drive an Aston Martin Vantage. It was my friend's boss's car, what a nice, nice, nice ride!!!!
  3. Believe me I understand the frustration!!!!! The problem with that list is there are a lot of players on it who simply don't belong in the top 100, just as Rueben didn't belong in the Pro Bowl last year. All of this is mute, all that matters to us Bills fans is wins and losses, and right now we have no wins and 1 loss. But that being said the situation is nowhere near as bad as Sullivan regularily makes it out to be. He seems to want to stir up the pot for no other reason than to increase circulation.
  4. Colts -----Manning, Harrison, Vanderjagt , Freeney (a stretch for Freeney) Ravens ---Ray Lewis, Jamal Lewis, Ogden, Reed, maybe Boulware Vikings ---Moss, Culpepper, Birk, Chavous Packers --Green, Rivera, Favre Titans -----McNair, Hopkins, Bulluck Pats -------Law, Viniteri, maybe McGinest Chiefs -----Holmes, Shields, maybe Gonzalez Panthers --Jenkins, Sauerbrun, maybe Davis Eagles -----McNabb, Owens Seattle ----Alexander, maybe Jones, I just don't see that many top 5 guys on their teams. I see 1 team with 5, 2 teams with 4, 5 teams with 3 and 2 teams with 2 (if you count the maybes). My count for the Bills --Mooreman, Spikes, you might be able to make a case for Fletcher or Moulds and of course Bledsoe(just kidding). JMHO but only 2 of your teams meet the criteria of 4-5 top 5 guys in the league. edit to Miami ---Taylor, Thomas, Surtain
  5. I know it was only 1 week but this defense is currently: Yards against: 2nd Yards per play: 2nd Passing yards: 1st Russing yards: 9th 3rd down %: 3rd Time of Pos: 2nd 1st downs 6th Points against: 7th
  6. Just how many teams do you think have 4-5 top 5 guys on their team? I must also disagree with the we bend but don't break defense. A bend and don't break defense is by definition a team that allows the yardage and time of possesion but not the points. We certainly din't fit that mold on Sunday, and last year we wre 2nd in yardage and 5th in points. The only glaring problem with last years defense was take aways and I think we got off to a good start in that department (lets hope that continues).
  7. I wouldn't subject my ass to this! TKO as tradebait...NOWAY. He is a great LB, maybe a little on the obnoxious side but great none the less. It would also crush us on the salary cap hit we would have to take. This is our roster for the season, with the possible exception of Lindell. I was thinking about asking Buffalo for a chance to try out for the kicker job, I would definitely be willing to sign a cap friendly deal!
  8. Is this an attempt to get "T-Bone" changed? aka "team-s wapping wh ore"
  9. After Dallas' performance yesterday the only thing Parcells is doing today is pounding his fist into the wall while screaming bloody muder. A top 5 pick???? Do you really think that we will have a worse record than last year?
  10. Why does everyone seem to think that OAK and BAL are such powerhouses? NE looks to be very tough and after their performance Sun the Jets could give us some trouble, but Oakland...come on!!!
  11. I hear you brother, even my dog doesn't want to be near my bad mood today!
  12. My bad, I didn't know he was picked up by the Giants..oh well!
  13. Who picked him up, I thought he was released last week?
  14. Christie just got released, is he still available?
  15. Actually I think we will be 1-1 going into the bye week, we play NE after the bye.
  16. I think there are some very slow and special people who post here.
  17. Yes it is!
  18. Think sarcasticly
  19. Well I certainly have the Monday blues! There is a silver lining in this cloud. We did some good things: 1. 36 running plays vs 26 passing plays (even against a great run DEF we still stuck to smashmouth footbal, it didn't work, but we didn't get pass happy) 2. 3rd down conversions 7/14, not bad, I would like to see some improvement 3. Mooreman - 80 yd punt, nuf said 4. Penalties 7 for 78 yds, after what I saw in the preseason this was great. 5. 2 INTs even 1 by a safety! 6. Only 1 sack 7. Drew looked good, not outstanding, but good. 8. The defense looked great the whole game, until the last series, and in particular the last play. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: We only gave up 83 yds rushing and 142 yds passing. Now if only: 1. Our kicker can get it together. 2. We can stop the fumbles. 3. We can avg. more than 2.6 yds a rush. 4. We can put together sustained drives. Think of how many 3 and outs our defense gave us. 5. Find a way to win, especially at home!
  20. Check and make sure it is not more than 15 KB. I wouldn't expect an email response today. If you're over 15 KB you can reduce it here.
  21. Buffalo 34 Jacksonville 0
  22. I thought Jaws only hated the fish.
  23. I did watch the game and I was dumbfounded that Wanny pulled Fiedler out at the half. I was surprised not because I thought Fiedler was doing a good job, he was awful, but because Wanny is known to be very conservative and sloth-like in making adjustments. It sent a message to the rest of the team that everyone is on a VERY short leash. I actually wondered if this was truly Wanny's decision or if it came from upstairs. The fish seemed to be in total disarray throughout much of the game. In the 1st half their starting RB Minor sprained an ankle ,Sammy Morris was carted off to the lockeroom, and the pass attack was non existent with Fiedler (5/13 42yds, 0 TD, 2 INT). The second half didn't fare much better for the fish. To his credit Feely did come out and momentarily put some life into the fish (21/34 168 yds, 1 TD, 1 INT). His passes were MUCH better than Fiedler's, they were crisp and on target. BUT there were simply too many negatives working against the fish offense. Although Feely looked much better than Fiedler, it was obvious that it hurt him not getting the majority of snaps this week. Lamar Gordon took the majority of rush attempts (12 of 20) and he just joined the fish this week! He could not have known the schemes that well, especially the pass blocking. The bottom line is that the fish need some time to get the offense together. AJ Feely- Will be the starter next week and he looks like he can capably lead this team. Lamar Gordon- Will be the feature back for the fish and once he gets a few games (and the playbook) under belt. He will improve from his 12 attempts, 32 yds, 2.7avg performance today. Wanny- May be the 1st HC fired this season. He formulated a terrible game plan. It looked like the fish were winging it the entire game. While they looked bad today the fish are not that bad. The defense limited the Titans to 243 total yds (only 73 passing). Once the offense starts to gel they will be able to beat some teams, but I think a high draft pick, not a playoff run is what will result from the 2004 season. You can prod this bear, but while this bear may not have any teeth, it does have sharp claws and they can still hurt you.
  24. Feely has looked very good so far, I would rather face Feidler.
  25. Are you actually defending Harrison's actions? Being a homer and standing up for your team or players is one thing, but defending a guy for taking vicious, possibly career ending cheapshots is downright idiotic. If Harrison were on my team I would say the same thing. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the fact that the same people who are defending Harrison are also the same ones who defended the raping of Indi's WRs and Brady's non-fumble tuck pass.
