Good luck when I tried to get this to fly we had a lot of people PM saying they were in but as BF said noone showed. I had at least 20 people say that they were definately in. We had 8 people show but 2 of them were friends I had to call at last minute to help us reach 8, but we needed 10 so the tourney was canceled. I had at least 20 people say that they were definately in. I am in if we do play, I prefer Paradise poker.com because they do have their decks and dealing audited by one of the big 5 auditing firms and they will definately set up a private table. If someone desides to do this please PM me and fill me in. I'll also offer any help or advice from my experience.

US Senate staffer sues sex blogger

Here is the archive of her blog. -
We set it up here on the board and with PMs. The real problem was not finding enough players but finding a day and time that works for enough people. We had over a month lead time with plenty of notices and PMs.

If... JP can throw more TDs than interceptions. The OL limits sacks to 40 and under. Willis gets 2000+ total yards. Special teams play 3/4 as well as they did last year. The defense gets the turnovers it got last year...then here is my prediction. 1. NE 11-5 They win the tie-breaker. NE is still king of the hill, hopefully be knock them off in the playoffs. 2. BUF 11-5 Very possible if those ifs I listed above come true. 3. NYJ 10-6 Curtis's age starts to creep up on him and he isn't 100% the whole year. They will struggle on offense. 4. MIA 6-10 Wanny leaving and their new RB should improve them but they are still a ways off.

We tried that about 6 months ago and a lot of people said they were interested but only 8 showed up at Paradise Poker.com on the night of the tournament. We needed a minimum of 10 to play so the tournament was canceled. If we can get it together I am definately in. The tough part is finding a day and time that everyone can play.

Great movie! Some classic scenes. "What would you say you do here?" "Look I already told you, I deal with the God-Damned customers so that the engineers don't have to. I have People skills! I am good at dealing with people! Can't you understand that? What the hell is wrong with you people?" or "We get caught laundering money we're not going to white collar resort prison...no no no...we're going to FEDERAL POUND ME IN THE ASS PRISON!"

Ashley is now the 8th most popular name for girls. What surprises me is that Isabella and Abigail are more popular.

Anyone else worried about Rosenhaus, McGahee?
sfladave replied to HudsonValleyBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Good God man are you crazy? I for one hope Willis has a HUGE CONTRACT ALTERING PRO BOWL YEAR! Why on earth would anyone hope that he didn't? Isn't he worth any renegotiation if he does? Maybe we would be better off with another average RB. Maybe you should hope for JP to have a really bad year too , then we can speculate the on the "who really hurt us more" JP, WM or asinine posters. I as a Bills fan hope that all posters like you die a very painful useless death! -
I really don't know what Henry's value is, but I do know that the Fish gave up a 3rd for Lamar Gordon last year durring the beginning of the year and Gordon is not even close to Henry in capability or experience!

How Good Will Our Defense Be In 2005?
sfladave replied to BillsAddict716's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If our offense improves from last year that means the defense will have longer fields to defend which will probably translate into opposing teams getting more yards per drive, therefore more yards per game. So I think we would drop down in that category. What is more important to me is how well we do with turnovers and sacks. Turnovers is the area that last years team really impressed me. If the defense gets us turnovers like last year and the special teams are half as special as they were last year, I'll be thrilled! -
what uniform should flutie wear in hall of fame?
sfladave replied to xpendersx's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The STs must have been deflated after what would have been RJs game winning drive. If Doug was playing perhaps the STs would have thought to cover the forward pass on the kickoff! I think Flutie's play helped the Bills sell the required number of season tickets to assure the State aid and commitment from the Bills to an extended lease, and I will always be thankful that he did his part in that. Flutie was never the answer for the Bills QB woes, and he will NEVER be considered for, much less get into the HOF. -

Roscoe I just heard that Lanny is making 1.5 Xs what you're making, AND they've promised him an extra week of vacation. If you're willing to hold out and you hire me as your agent I guarantee we will have them begging you to come back to work at 3Xs your pay. Plus Lanny will be the one carring the mason jars in the future!

Perhaps this wasn't Drew's team after all
sfladave replied to Mike in Syracuse's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
In all the time I kept hoping Bledsoe would LEAD us to victory that was my biggest beef with DB, he rarely jumped on his teammates when they screwed up! He rarely could be seen running the sidelines rallying his troops! He seemed content to let others provide the motivation. Perhaps there were situations that he did so behind the scenes but to me he lacked the follow me, together we will win this attitude! I REALLY hope JP is able to step into that role, first by example then by respect! -

The Woonsocket mayor immediately released a statement saying the man was a Woonsocket resident but they don't really feel as though he is part of their community. When asked for clarification about his statement the mayor replied, "He may live here, but everyone knows that T-Bone fella really wishes that he lived in neighboring Poonsocket, because the Poonsocket Bulbs have been the state champs for 4 years running now!"

I can see Matt Jones as a Bill
sfladave replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I believe there are rules that prevent your 3rd string QB from playing without some consequence to the 1st and 2nd string QBs ability to play. -
The emphasis on illegal contact makes great and good cornerbacks MORE valuable than ever. As you pointed out it will not diminish their draft status only increase their worth. Why anyone would possibly think that a cornerbacks value would go down because of this rule dumbfounds me. The rule makes their job MUCH harder therefore demanding more from a cornerback than ever before. As for the poster who thinks that Nate won't get $9 million a year with an $18 million signing bonus....you're way off base if you don't think he will get something VERY close to that. A franchised CB gets something in the range of $8.7 million this year. Nate getting $12-15 million signing bonus and a deal that will net him $8-9 million over the life of the contract is very realistic.

Would you like to minimize the loss...
sfladave replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No 1st round pick next year would leave more cap room for next year to re-sign or extend some of our future FAs. But what would be the trade off for for that #35 pick? We would almost certainly have to give up extra picks this year, is that worth moving up to 35 when there is a good chance we will have 44? If we have a 1st this year then my guess is that it would involve a trade for Clements, like Clements and our 3rd to _?_ for the other teams 1st.
