  1. They have something like thast set up at The Ticket Reserve . com. "The Ticket Reserve is a Fan Forwards market for ticket rights that works like a stock exchange. We are the place where sports fans can purchase Fan Forwards to secure face-value tickets to the biggest sporting events. Now you can purchase the rights to face-value tickets to see your favorite teams at the Super Bowl, Final Four and other high profile events. You can't get this anywhere else!" For instance you can secure a Bills SB ticket at face value for a $50 fee. If the Bills make it to the SB you get your seat, or you can buy or sell those rights durring the season at the marketplace. Obviously the better a team is doing the better the market value will be for thoses rights. Indy's $50 ticket rights are now bidding at $310 and offering at $440. That means that if you had bought the rights when they were 1st offered at $50 you could sell them today for $310. Eagles $460 - $669 Pats $290 - $390 You can also get ticket rights for the AFC Championships and next years SB.
  2. Yesterday my favorite word was copious... ...as in the defense gave up a copious number of rushing yards! ...as in I needed copious amounts of alcohol to put that deflating loss behind me yesterday.
  3. My unbridled optimism was given a shock of reality last week. That being said the Bills will show that they can be a playoff caliber team this year. BUF 24 ATL 10
  4. Exit polls still show Bills behind. Ralph Wilson Stadium, Buffalo 49% 1436 votes Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City 51% 1466 votes

  6. Keep in mind this is like getting national news from the People magazine. "QUIET QUARTERBACK CONTROVERSY IN BUFFALO Although second-year pro J.P. Losman is by all appearances firmly in control of the quarterback position with the Bills, a league source tells us that, within the locker room, there's a brewing controversy. Many players, we're told, believe that veteran Kelly Holcomb gives the Bills a better chance to win now. Losman briefly was yanked late in the team's Week Two loss at Tampa, but was reinserted after one series. But as coach Mike Mularkey tries to coax the best possible performance out of Losman, a chunk of the quarterback's teammates will continue to look to Holcomb, who took Cleveland by storm in late 2002 and beat out Tim Couch for the starting job in 2003. Losman was a first-round pick of the Bills in 2004. The team traded back into round one with the Cowboys, sacrificing their 2005 first-rounder in order to jump on the former Tulane quarterback. Through two games, Losman has thrown for 283 yards and one touchdown."
  7. Katrina, "Get Blown Away" Sounds more like a woman of the night to me. I think it would be an excellent marketing idea.
  8. I suppose that means that a groin injury is next. Or perhaps a "problem with hemorrhoids?"
  9. Actually a 7 game winning streak could have changed everything. I agree with you though it is not the make or break game. It is against an NFC team in week 3. IF this game were against an AFC East division team it would be much more important. That being said a sound win would be a significant boost to both the team and to the fans! Here's to a stout and dominating defense! Here's to over 150 yards rushing from our backfield! Here's to JP starting out strong to help set up the rushing attack! Here's to either our STs or D scoring! Here's to Lindell making everything, he may be the difference maker Sunday!
  10. I really like the fact that he is not the most inaccurate passer in the league.
  11. Who gives two craps what a head coach wears. I'm not sure who I hate more, the idiot who wrote this tirade or me for reading it and then responding to it!
  12. Terrible call.
  13. Am I rooting for the NY or Miami????? An easier question to answer would be, "Should I cut off my left arm or my right arm?"
  14. Penalties and 3rd down conversions on offense are the 2 things I hope we focus on durring practice this week. I can't wait for Parrish to get back.
  15. Absolutely.

  18. Buffalo 32 Texans 6 End of 1st: BUF 0 - HOU 3 (The doomsayers will be abundant in the chat room until 1st series of 2nd) End of 2nd: BUF 10 - HOU 6 (JPs makes 1st TD pass to Moulds) End of 3rd: BUF 24 - HOU 6 (Willis owns the 3rd with 2 TDs, 1 rushing, 1 receiving) End of 4th: BUF 32 - HOU 6 (2 FGs and a safety)
  19. I read an article this week which stated that the only Bill QB to win his first start was Joe Ferguson. I'll see if I can locate the article.
  20. The only way we beat NE is they get lost coming to the game. They will be 13 point or netter favorites. We got beat bad both games last year. What has changed? 429259[/snapback] That is exactly what the NE fans said going into that Monday night game against Miami last year. I for one like our chances as a 10+ win team this year even though we have a tougher schedule compared to last year. I think our offense is reason for concern just like it was last year at this time. The difference being that our schedule is reversed this year from last year. Meaning that the 2nd half of 05 is much harder than the 1st half (exact opposite of last year). I think that the offense will get better as the season goes on and hopefully the defense and special teams can keep us in games in the begining of the year to help us squeak out some wins. Here is to a 6-2 first half!
  21. AJ Feeley is now the 3rd string QB. That means they gave up a 2nd for Feeley and a 3rd for Gordon last year. Excellent job Wanny. And some here think TD has screwed up, things could be much worse. BTW did anyone see Wanny get B word slapped by Weis yesterday? Too bad he isn't still with Miami.
  22. The game was broadcast Saturday at noon in the Buffalo market.
  23. They don't do a very good job proofing their stories or LINKS. Here is their "Buffalo Bills football" link located at the very end of the article.
  24. Doh! I was thinking about Tory Woodbury.
  25. Goldberry is no longer eligible for PS, he either makes a roster or he he'll be playing in Canada.
