They don't often admit they've made a mistake, usually it is explained away by an obscure illogical rule. However they have admited being wrong several times. Last year the Travis Henry non TD against the Jets or Raiders(I can't remember which) comes to mind, they later said it should have been a TD. It would have been the difference in a win for us, and a playoff berth.

I don't know the cowbell thing didn't work to good for the Pittsburgh game last year!

Actually I think that NFL refs are some of the most proactive in all of sports. I am not trying to make an excuse for the horrible calls today or the love given to the pats the last few years or to the fish in 80s. As far as leagues go the NFL is far and beyond any other sport with respect to the officiating. Just picture the non travel calls in the NBA or the strike zone in MLB, etc...

LOL, you've got to be kidding me! How dare he show only his highlights of his 10-12 70-90 yard runs. Did you notice that the video kept showing him going through 5-11 people at once almost everytime. What a fake!

Apparently Clayton has been a fly on the wall in Ralph's office this week. He seems to keep coming up with who our top candidate is all week. Didn't he have an article about Haslet earlier this week?

This is some of the worst officiating I have ever seen in a game much less a playoff game! The non pass interference call that should have been called against Indy in the 2nd. The non penalty against Pitt or Indy in the 4th on 4th down when Pitt did a non called false start and then Indy encrouched. The obvious INT by Pitt taken away in the 4th. These are just the obvious possible game deciding ones. There were numerous other non calls or bad calls for both teams. Bottom line is that even if the officials made the right call on the INT according to the books, the NFL should be ashamed of their rules and this officiating crew!

Sure it is, I'm sure that there is a memo floating around somewhere explaining an interpretation of this very same situation. It will be released publicly tomorrow for all to see. Geez what a bunch of non believers we have at this board. Give the refs some credit, it's not like they made bunch of other bad calls throught the game!

Good god man, there are a million things that you can blame TD for but this is not one of them! That being said Ben and more importantly the play calling were great on the opening drive.

He also didn't say anything to make anyone think he didn't want the position. His not willing to rule himself out clearly stated that he was considering himself as a viable option.

At least you had a couple weeks before you even had to start thinking about it. We've been thinking about the draft since week 11. I can't believe the mistakes NE is making. Denver is ahead in this game only because of the turnovers. Other than the ideal field position from the turnovers Denver has had a hard time moving the ball the whole game.

Because what goes around comes around in this league. Not good timing for an owner who is trying to get larger market teams to share in their marketing income outside of the TV deals.
