Let me see if I can review the ways TBD explains the Patriots success: Brady's gay! The rules don't apply to the Patriots! The refs are in Kraft's pocket! Charlie Weis is the reason they're so good, not Brady! The O-Line is the reason they're so good, not Charlie Weis or Brady!! The defense is the reason they're so good, not Brady, Charlie Weis, or the offensive line! The league wants them to win! The DBs are allowed to mug the receivers! The LB's hold the running backs! The schedule's in their favor! I think I covered them all.

Finally, somone gets it. The Colts are a good team - you have to pick your poison with them.

You can make the argument that Brady struggled late in the game, absolutely. The fumble that Dillon recovered was shades of 'ol #11 to be sure. But if you've watched any NE football at all, you can't say he isn't at his best when the heat is on. 17-1 in games decided by 6 pts or less. 6-0 in playoffs 5-0 in overtime Manning's Statue-esque performance trumped any shortcomings in Brady's game last night. When the chips are down, so is Tin Manning.
