  1. He's credited on the IMDB site as being the voice of Vader.
  2. While I'm somewhat concerned about McGahee's talent, I'm not any more concerned with him than I was with the likes of Shaun Alexander, Edgerrin James, Curtis Martin and Marshall Faulk. When E. James carved us up, it was in part because we game planned to stop Peyton Manning and not bite on his play action. Had we tried to solely stop James, he would have passed for 500+ yds. If we do that to McGahee, what will Drew do?
  3. So now Willis McGahee after playing 6 games or so is now the next Walter Payton? Who will you all blame for your misfortunes this week? The refs? Drew? The O-Line? Mularkey? Dumbahoe? Cant wait to see the finger pointing on Monday and Tuesday and then the idiot threads on Wednesday about how if you run the table you can get right back into this thing.... Good times.
  4. What a draft New England had overall; 1. (13) Ty Warren DT - Starter 2. (36) Eugene Wilson FS - Starter 3. (45) Bethel Johnson WR/KR - Role Player/Occasional Starter 4. (117) Dan Klecko DL/LB - Role Player (now on IR) 5. (120) Asante Samuel CB - Role Player (Current Starter due to injury) 6. (164) Dan Koppen C - Starter 7. (201) Kliff Kingsbury QB - Cut 8. (234) Spencer Nead - FB - Cut 9. (239) Tully Banta-Cain LB - Role Player 10. (243) Ethan Kelley DT - On the roster but doesnt dress
  5. Good response. All you can do is root for your team to win that particular week and go from there.
  6. Its early, You just hope that the good guys' casualties are at a minimum. I'm sure the bad guys have some tricks up their sleeves unfortunately. But then again, I'm guessing our guys are thinking that too and are ready for them.
  7. Does it hurt or do they lube your "inner lining" beforehand?
  8. How many of you believe the Bills make the playoffs this year? Start rooting hard against the Jets, Jaguars, Ravens, Chargers, Texans and Chiefs. If you somehow pull out a win this week, 4-5 is still a steep hill to climb when you're talking about catching the Ravens or the Broncos/Chargers loser (each team 6-3) After this week, I'll wish you luck.
  9. We the fans can be as overconfident as we want. Sadly for you, you ALL know to a man/woman that Bill Belichick and each player on the Patriots roster will NOT be overlooking the Buffalo Bills.
  10. Okay I'll bite; 1. I wouldnt call the running game an edge for Buffalo. Corey Dillon is every bit as good as McGahee and probably better and has proven himself for much longer than Willis has. The difference in this game will be New England will force Bledsoe to beat them and its highly questionable if he can whereas if Buffalo makes Tom Brady beat them, everyone and their mother knows he can. Who do you think would make LESS mistakes in that scenario? 2. You can hold us under 100 yds rushing but as long as the threat of Dillon rushing is there then Brady should be able to do his 3 step drops and find guys like Givens, Faulk, Brown, Graham and Johnson assuming Branch is still hurt. 3. I agree, Moulds and Evans could potentially torch the Pats if New England cant pressure Drew before they get open downfield. 4. Both teams will see this game as an opportunity. Buffalo will see it as their opportunity to possibly get back into the playoff race (still a steep hill to climb) New England will see this as their opportunity to possibly cement the AFC East for themselves as they will pretty much have eliminated both Miami and Buffalo and most likely have a 2 game lead on the Jets. I'll add a #5 5. Home Field Advantage. The Patriots havent lost at home since Late December of 2002. The Bills are currently 0-3 on the road
  11. I've seen him and he is in fact good. We'll see just how good this weekend.
  12. That sounds a bit homeristic dont you think? You're underestimating Corey Dillon and overestimating Willis McGahee.
  13. Put the crack pipe down.
  14. I stated before that the Pats will force teams to either stop Dillon or stop Brady but not both. You could say that about the Bills too as far as stopping McGahee or Bledsoe's air attack. I think the Pats will focus on stopping the run game and forcing Drew to beat them through the air. They will then try to capitalize on any mistakes Drew might make.
  15. Didnt you know? Its NEVER the criminals fault, ALWAYS the cops fault, if only they didnt provoke the person to do these things. Much like high speed chases. Its never the guy running from the cops' fault. If only there were a Bizarro reality we could send the left back to where they belong.
  16. You dont have to rush for over 100 yds a game to have an efficient running game. As long as Buffalo has to respect the running threat that Corey Dillon presents, they wont be able to just tee off and blitz Brady every down. I'd be more worried if this game was in Buffalo. The Pats have been on the road for 2 weeks now and will be glad to be home.
  17. Spoken like someone who doesnt watch the Patriots on a regular basis. I have two words for you; Bethel Johnson
  18. So Jets fans are delusional but its okay for you folk to honestly believe that the sole reason you're 3-5 is the refs?
  19. Hope is a good thing, the best of things.
  20. It helped PIttsburgh to squash the Pats run game by not even having Dillon as an option to worry about. (That and the Pats made 5 rushing attempts all game) If Dillon plays Sunday, the Bills wont have that luxury. Granted, any team can beat any other team on any given Sunday but given these two teams' histories and their coaching staffs/player depth I just dont see the Bills coming out of Foxboro with a win Sunday night. Any guesses as to who the ESPN crew ballwashes? Brady and Bruschi for the Pats and McGahee and Moulds for the Bills are my guesses.
  21. Christianity had the Crusades! DING!
  22. 31-0 says hello regarding yesterday's news. Wanna live in the moment today then? New England 7-1 (4-0 at home, 3-0 in the division) Buffalo 3-5 (Road record?)
  23. How many games have the Bills won on the road this year? When was the last time the Pats lost at home? Will Bill Belichick have his team prepared on Sunday night? Will Drew Bledsoe and the Bills O-Line be able to read all the different blitz packages thrown at them? Buffalo's D, stop Corey Dillon or Tom Brady. You're NOT stopping both so which is it? Or do you guys simply want to stick to your ready made excuses of the officiating before the game even starts?
  24. Rankings? What do rankings mean in the grand scheme of things. Hows this for a ranking? 24-3 in the last 2 years. Now go get your effin' shinebox
