  1. The price one pays for putting one's neck out so brazenly.
  2. You're on the record, and I'm quoting you.
  3. I told you the Pats game plan tonight would be to stop McGahee first and put the ball in Drew's hands. its working to perfection.
  4. Horrible play by the rookie Dexter Reid. On 3rd down no less
  5. Pats D is getting good penetration off the line
  6. Nice stop by the Bills on Dillon that drive. Keep the Pats to 3 that deep in the red zone and good things will happen eventually.
  7. Is Sam Adams playing? Whats the deal with him? DC Tom, lining your excuses up already are ya? Did you SEE Seymour get TRIPPED on the Bills opening drive? Was that called? Nope.
  8. That could hurt, Dillon is a stud back
  9. Dillon cant run on the Bills D?
  10. Funny how the refs who are supposedly in the Pats pocket, ignored Richard Seymour being tripped. Guess you didnt see that one huh?
  11. Lets go Pats! Hopefully a clean game is played with no serious injuries on either side.
  12. Hey Chicot, I heard the World Champion Red Sox were going to be introduced prior to tonight's game at Gillette. How cool is that?
  13. The Pats will find out just HOW good next week I guess.
  14. What were they thinking bringing in Mark Brunell? I thought Patrick Ramsay did a halfway decent job last year. Now his progress is stunted and his confidence shot. What a trainwreck that franchise is and it couldnt happen to a better owner.
  15. Thats great and everything but why cant they win a simple game on the road against a terrible team? Could it be that THAT good a home field edge could hurt them by not having it on the road?
  16. They arent half bad. It would be nice to see them get some more fan support once they get their new stadium. Playing in a college football stadium is a joke for an NFL franchise.
  17. Of course its possible. Thats the great thing about the NFL. Until you're mathmatically eliminated, there's no reason to give up hope. Look at the choke job Minnesota put on last year, that could happen to any team.
  18. That suprised me. I thought Denny Green was a better coach then that unless there's a problem with their kicker or they were that confident that they'd stop the Giants.
  19. What are you talking about? Assume for a moment that the Pats, Steelers, Colts and Broncos all win their divisions. That leaves the following teams fighting for 2 spots; NY Jets (6-3) Baltimore (6-3) Jacksonville (6-3) San Diego (6-3) Houston (4-5) Cincinnati (4-5) and then ASSUMING Buffalo wins tonight, they'd be 4-5. Thats a lot to ask to climb at least 4 teams.
  20. What is it with the Chiefs? Why is anyplace other than Arrowhead kryptonite for them?
  21. Horrible playcalling in AZ too. Cards up 3 with 3+ minutes to play have it 4th and 1 from the Giants 29 and they decide to go for it. Emmit fumbles. Why not kick the FG and make the Giants have to beat you with the TD instead of having to just kick the FG to tie? Cards D has been playing great all 2nd half.
  22. I agree with Ice in that the Jags win in OT really hurt as far as WC chances go. Somebody had to win the Jets/Ravens game and as far as the division goes, I'm glad it was the Ravens. A win tonight over Buffalo will pretty much wrap up the division barring a collapse.
  23. Could this be a one and done endeavor for Joe Gibbs?
  24. If Arizona can hold on against the Giants this week, they are also very much alive. They play Carolina next week. (Bears host the Colts)
  25. If the Bears dont score defensively, they pretty much dont score. That said, their defense is pretty impressive and I loved the trade they did to send Booker to Miami for Ogunleye even though he's been hurt a bit. In a relatively weak NFC, the Bears are most definately alive.
