Dont get me wrong, I think its ridiculous that the possibility exists that a 10 win team in the AFC could miss the playoffs and a 7 win team in the NFC could MAKE the playoffs. Its even possible that a 7 win team could host a playoff game. (Arizona could still win the NFC Worst)

I'm almost 34 and I have no clue. Which tells me that the record doesnt mean all that much. When Manning breaks it, Marino will be obsolete. Years from now, someone will come along and break Manning's record thus making HIM obsolete and people on a message board will be wondering who held the record before Joe Shmole. Yet nobody forgets Super Bowl winners. Unless Manning wins it all, its meaningless.

Do you honestly think its a big deal if you beat the Steelers?
