  1. Jeremy Irons is fantastic in this role! I was looking forward to season 4. here's a blurb from Wiki: On June 5, 2013, Showtime canceled the series, a season short of Jordan's planned four-season arc for the series. The cancellation was implied to be due to the expense of production, with plans for a two-hour wrap-up finale also scrapped. A fan campaign was started in an attempt to convince Showtime to revive the series. On August 12, 2013, it was announced that the two-hour series finale script would be released as an e-book after it was determined that a movie would be too expensive to produce. e-book link: http://www.amazon.com/The-Borgia-Apocalypse-Screenplay-ebook/dp/B00EHJMWHO
  2. I think that was the point. It was some sort of divine intervention, which gives them at least a little hope that good things can happen. Watching and enjoying the sun coming up on a nice morning is something they haven't done since the outbreak. It just provides a bit of hope in an otherwise hopeless situation. I am not big on that kind of stuff, i would have much rather seen them slice the heads off the walkers that were under the trees, but I get it...
  3. I think the hit he took in Cleveland had a bigger impact on his future play than the Watt interception.
  4. Yes, clean is the key word there. Looks well fed, healthy, clean cloths, clean cut. They must have been following them, left the water, knew Rick's name and knew he was the leader. Is he part of the Wolves? How can Rick and crew trust anyone after the Governor and Terminus?
  5. Actually still is, who pays attention to the shout box...
  6. You really think Carson Daly is #1....He really annoys me, but to each his own...
  7. If it was not obvious the front office built a team to tank and they were just a bad team, it would be different. But this team was build to ensure the best odds of obtaining a generational player. I find myself rooting for them to score more often than not, it's just being a fan, but I soon realize it's all for the best and I am fine with it. It sucks it has come to this, but this will be a distant memory very soon. This will be a competitive team starting next year and uphill from there. So for the rest of this year, GO TANK! After this season, GO SABRES!!!!!
  8. One has nothing to do with the other, 2 totally different situations. I get it, naive people will start to think there is a trend, but they couldn't be further from the truth...
  9. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on-football/25066031 Bills at #19 124-131-1, .486 2014 - Bills were 14th 0.500
  10. This guy would provide a more intelligent interview than M Lynch...
  11. Yes, Stewart for sure. Hodgson would be great, Murray isn't a miracle worker, but you never know. Maybe Georges, Benoit, Meszaros or Weber, other than that, there really isn't anything left other than young talent that you want to build around. I think Moulson and Gionta are good for the locker room, so they are probably not traded. Some of Kane's thought's on the trade: http://prohockeytalk.nbcsports.com/2015/02/11/sabres-kane-im-definitely-glad-to-be-moving-on/?ocid=Yahoo&partner=ya5nbcs
  12. Goalies are not easy to come by, just ask Philly. But Enroth is a UFA after this season, makes it much more difficult to get good value, unless they are a great player. Great line from a PuckDaddy article: This is the difference between Tim Murray and someone like Regier: One guy talks about flipping prospects to aggressively improve the team, and one guy actually does it. Kane talks about the trade and other incidents/rumors: http://prohockeytalk.nbcsports.com/2015/02/11/sabres-kane-im-definitely-glad-to-be-moving-on/?ocid=Yahoo&partner=ya5nbcs
  13. Haven't seen it anywhere else, but if official, GO TIM! Going hard for last place, well done...
  14. My bad I was thinking reverse, I originally thought it was the middle #1, but it will be the Sabres latest pick. . It's the lowest, when you consider #1 being the highest...
  15. Good points! Zombies that are around longer do rot and get slower, I think that may have been explained in The Talking Dead. And the fresher walkers are much faster. The virus is in everyone, as you mentioned with the tying the wrists while sleeping theory, so there will never be an end to fresh walkers. The herds of walkers should be around less frequent, therefore there should never be another Atlanta season 1 scene. here's a good look at the walkers through the seasons: http://uproxx.com/tv/2014/07/new-production-photos-confirm-continued-decomposition-of-walkers-in-the-5th-season-of-the-walking-dead/ Look out for season 6!!!!
  16. I actually think it could turn out to be a great deal for both teams.
  17. Any absence of KORLLllLL is worth the lackluster episode. And i agree, they tend to drag and spell things out too much. Which is why I am surprised they didn't show the journey from Atlanta to Virginia. They actually felt the viewers could figure it out for themselves!
  18. Stafford should have been traded years ago when he had some trade value. Myers has definitely had his ups and downs, but still a project for the most part. he could be good or he could be average for the rest of his career, was always on the fence with him. The young players are always tough to gauge. Kane needs to mature, but his upside is through the roof. this guy is a very very good player. One thing to note about Zach Bogosian's contract is that a no-trade clause kicks in after this summer. That's the only reason I think he might still be traded.
  19. Please Hockey Gods....we need McDavid! talk about a 1,2 punch...
  20. I hated to see Brendan Lemieux included in this deal, but other than that, this is great. Kane can be a beast, he's fast, big, plays with an edge, can score and bang. Bogo, if he's not traded, could be a very nice addition as well. he's a tough player with a nice shot. And as Yolo mentioned, it hurts the Sabres in the short term which is perfect!
  21. Not the most action packed episode for sure, but necessary to stage the rest of the season. They needed a reason to head towards Washington, so the whole "we owe it to Beth, because that's what she wanted" pledge was made to go check in on Noah's home/compound. this gets them close, 100 miles away was mentioned, to Washington where the next part of the series is ultimately headed. They also introduce the "Wolves" as a group to keep away from if possible as they destroyed the compound and are doing some sort of testing on walkers. Killing Tyreese was just a small part of the episode (even though they spent the greatest amount of time on it) the important part was setting the stage for future episodes. I don't necessarily like when an episode is a stage setter, but I do realize it is necessary for the series to flow. Also, Michonne talking about finding a place to just stay is interesting, sounds like she is beginning to lose her fight.
