  1. How was the show? http://buffalo.com/2015/06/10/featured/rush-delivers-40-years-of-hits-in-thrilling-r40-live-show-at-first-niagara-center/
  2. When you add LeBron to that list, anything is possible. He's just that good...
  3. I was thinking about that as well. When Kobe Bryant was in his prime, he won games at the free throw line and he was a great clutch free throw shooter. He would get calls when fouled, questionable calls, and non foul calls. Of course he would work the refs all game long to set up for that final drive call. It was actaully pretty disgusting to watch, because you knew it was going to happen. It must just be LJ's size, he's a big dude and doesn't get the reach in calls because he fights through them. There is no other reason he can get hacked and not get calls, the refs really did all they could to screw C-Town, fortunately for them, GS couldn't hit the clutch shots.
  4. Eichel is going to be a beast in a few years. He's a big boy now, just wait til he adds a few more pounds of muscle as he gets older. He's solid, can't wait to see him in Blue & Gold! Strength test today should be interesting. Absolutely, unfortunately Arizona didn't care about the X's and O's and didn't give anywhere near max effort...
  5. It is pretty cool when the whole crowd is doing the O-H-I-O. But after a Luckeye game, they play it every other song at the bars, it definitely gets old quick...
  6. I think X's and O's might have one a few more games though and he really didn't get max effort until later in the season anyway, so it was all good...
  7. I would much rather be at the game, the blackout rule definitely won't effect my season ticket status. And I think many feel that way, so you may lose a few hundred at most, but you won't see a significant drop IMO....
  8. I They just need him for practice since Hughes is too disruptive in practice...
  9. Met him a few times, very nice guy and hilarious. He had me rolling after a couple of his stories FYI...Here's the entire 2015 class... Former NHL defenseman Aaron Miller and long-time Buffalo Bandits star John Tavares headline the Class of 2015 for the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame. Also on this year’s list are former Bills OL Al Bemiller, WNY racing legend Art Clark, former Bisons/Braves PR Director George Daddario, professional bowler Liz Johnson, New Era Cap Executive David Koch, former National League MVP Jim Konstanty, ex-Canisius softball coach Mike Rappl, former Notre Dame basketball star Keith Robinson, sports photographer Robert L. Smith, and Buffalo hockey Bisons leading scorer Larry Wilson.
  10. Say, "Hi, can i get a cigarette?" every single time you see him. He will eventually move to the back of the house to smoke...
  11. Which is why Teddy was a perfect coach for the tank. The book on TN has always been he's not an X's and O's guy, but he gets maximum effort from his players.
  12. Just not my thing, I prefer girls. Not that there's anything wrong with that...I am sure you weekly posts will be a welcomed addition by some here...30 views so far, so that's not bad...
  13. There is no way I am even clicking on: Starting a New TBD Tradition: DUDE OF THE WEEK But it should be interesting to see how many views it gets...
  14. Had a WTF moment, read the title quickly and thought it read FB....
  15. I posted this on TSW, but it was a Rex thread, so I am putting it here as well... Googled (Bylsma coaches games without crosby and malkin), because WGR gave a stat yesterday that he had a good record without them and found this: http://www.thehockey...sby-Malkin.html another interesting read: http://deadspin.com/...hing-1576186568 Exert from another article: In Dan Bylsma’s tenure alone, Sidney Crosby missed 121 regular season games, and Evgeni Malkin missed another 100 games. After a quick cross-reference, it brings us to 174 regular season games in which Dan Bylsma was without one or both of his premier talents. Bylsma went 252-117-32 during six seasons with the Penguins, accumulating a points percentage (.668) that is the best in NHL history among coaches with at least three years of experience.

  17. Someone should really photoshop BB glancing at CT in all her photos, that would be great.
  18. Close, it's actually, Bylsmafia... read that one on another site and thought it was pretty clever...
  19. Couldn't you use the same logic with Babcock? He had a pretty nice roster and only won one cup...
  20. Even if we win the first 2, but not impressive enough, the nattering nabobs will be out in force as well. Embarrassing wins!
  21. Yeah, I took some heat here for making the same type comment. I agree. I pretty much said I would have loved Babcock, but not for that contract.
  22. One Team, One Goal, One Buffalo! ("One Team, One Goal Per Game, One Buffalo" was the Sabres slogan last season)
  23. Well they are playing the 2 teams that were in the AFC Championship game last season, so yes, it is possible. It's also possible they win both and also a possibility of a split.... edit: long shot for a tie as well...hey, it's possible. I think there were more people, at least on this board, that were flat out against the hiring of Rex. Not many are saying horrible hire for Bylsma, some may not like it, but do a search on Rex and you'll find a ton of haters....
