I am going Feb 21-25 on a "business trip"....But have been there several times. For first timers, I would check the times for each hotels free shows, such as the Volcano at The Mirage, Pirate show at Treasure Island, the fountains at Bellagio. Walk the strip and check them all out, they are all cool and unique in their own way. Walk through all the casino's, the Palazzo and Venetian are really cool inside, as is Caesar's Palace. Top of the Stratosphere is an amazing view, i would highly recommend it! Eiffel Tower at Paris is cool as well, but not as good as the strat IMO. The High Roller at the Linq is cool, strip of restaurants and shops behind the Linq is worth checking out. There are shops at Caesar's and the Miracle Mile at Planet Hollywood. There are a couple places in the Miracle Mile that have really cheap breakfast and drink specials, $1 Margarita's at the Mexican Restaurant in the MM last time we went. We did Gold & Silver pawn in the past, but Rick Harrison just opened up some complex right next to it, bar and restaurant/shops kind of place (might be cool). if you have a car and want to venture out a bit, the Valley of Fire National Park is really cool. And Red Rock isn't as far and is worth the drive. Great scenery. For a restaurant, check out Battista's Hole in the Wall, it's great, plus all you can drink wine! Vegas is a lot of fun, just bring some good walking shoe's, it's a workout...

Don't forget there is yet another draft format this year: Beginning in 2016, the Draft Lottery will be utilized to assign the top three drafting slots in the NHL Draft, an expansion over previous years when the Draft Lottery was used to determine the winner of the first overall selection only. Three draws will be held: the 1st Lottery draw will determine the Club selecting first overall, the 2nd Lottery draw will determine the Club selecting second overall and the 3rd Lottery draw will determine the club selecting third overall. As a result of this change, the team earning the fewest points during the regular season will no longer be guaranteed, at worst, the second overall pick. That club could fall as low as fourth overall. The allocation of odds for the 1st Lottery draw will be the same as outlined above for the 2015 NHL Draft Lottery. The odds for the remaining teams will increase on a proportionate basis for the 2nd Lottery draw, based on which Club wins the 1st Lottery draw, and again for the 3rd Lottery draw, based on which Club wins the 2nd Lottery draw. The 11 Clubs not selected in the Draft Lottery will be assigned NHL Draft selections 4 through 14, in inverse order of regular-season points.

I love Eichel, i think he's a great player. I believe he's a better all around player, but he's not going to put up the offensive numbers McDavid will, that's all I am saying. It wasn't a slight against Eichel at all...The Sabres need an offensive minded player, Mathews would be nice...
-
Sick puck control, awesome talent, pure goal scorer.... Damn, if the Sabres only could acquire half of that type of offensive talent...Eichel is very good, but he's never going to put up number close to what McDavid will in his career. Maybe this is the year the Sabres get lucky, Auston Matthews would an amazing addition to this team.....they will be in the running...

Scott won the All-Star write in vote, therefore he deserved to be there. There was no fine print that said he had to be in the top 10 in scoring or anything, simply receive the most votes. Kind of like America's Got Talent, the viewers determine the outcome. the winner is the one who receives the most votes... That being said, that was very entertaining! From the new format, to John Scott freakin stealing the show. I actually recorded the final game, mostly because Scott had made it. Say what you want about Scott not deserving to be there, but I thought he made the game much more enjoyable....

If he would have lit it up, it would have been "yes, but it was the Pro Bowl and no one was playing defense". I don't think you can really prove anything in the pro bowl, just glad he didn't get hurt. Like it or not, he is our starting QB next season....

Also, 9pm on Investigation Discovery there is a special on the case..

A heck of lot more than internet chatter....It would be headline news, you don't think there are any particular groups that may have an issue with it?

You're definitely not the only one. There are a lot of people that want to see Denver win, just not many who think they can. I will be rooting for Denver. Nothing against Carolina, I would love to see Manning prove everyone wrong.

Taking his name of the wall of fame because he was found not guilty for a double homicide long after he left the game, might be a tough sell...not saying I don't agree that it should come down, just saying there will be some push back for sure...

He needed a Snickers bar...

He liked to attend the trials of the people he framed and there's a screen shot from the documentary which shows an individual that looks like him in the background. i'll see if i can dig it up... here we go... http://bloody-disgusting.com/news/3377784/making-a-murderer-was-steven-avery-framed-by-a-serial-killer/

A bunch of links in this article: http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2016/01/27/making-murderer-keeps-raising-questions/79389978/?utm_source=feedblitz&utm_medium=FeedBlitzRss&utm_campaign=usatodaycomnation-topstories&ref=yfp I had heard this before, so stay tuned...."Filmmakers Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos are said to be planning a second series of the hit show in which they will unveil startling new evidence."

Buffalo's D cost them the game. the offense was slowed down a bit with the 2-5 because they ran the ball more than they had previously that season. Plus the fake injuries helped slow the K-Gun down as well. but ultimately it was poor defense, a third and 17 or something with at least 3 missed tackles comes to mind...If the Bills had the ball longer than 19 minutes, they would have had more than 19 points for sure...

I recorded a couple of her shows as I had recently watched the documentary...I got through half of one and deleted the other, she couldn't be more annoying. As far as the documentary, I though it was really good. It was one sided, and I think a lot of that is due to Kratz denying permission to be on camera outside the court room. But I didn't come away from it thinking Avery was innocent, I just don't know how they found him guilty.
-
If this were a fictional TV series, no one would believe half this stuff would be possible and probably wouldn't watch because it's too far fetched... Kratz's PC was ridiculous. Especially since a jury hadn't even been selected at that point. At least they didn't have the trial in Manitowoc...No, it was the neighboring county and they bused jurors from Manitowoc... BD's defense attorney states he's guilty, but was under the influence of SA. This is before he had even spoken to BD once. The Aunt from the search party finds the car within a maze of cars at this huge salvage yard within 30 minutes... TH's brother...your sister is missing, what do you do. "Well the grieving process begins"...really, she's just missing at this point. her roomate "guessed" her password and deleted a couple messages... Lenk finds a key on the floor in a room that had been searched several times previous to that... The Sheriff calls in the license plate of the missing Rad 4 to verify....vehicle is later found without plates... I could go on and on....

The 14 year old girl? i don't know if you can trust that. Yes, O'Kelley was after he was arrested. I thought those were the details in which you were referring. that "confession" was very detailed and interestingly enough, never used in the trial. Here is that transcript: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ej65jscjwgcpqtc/Transcript%20-%2005-12-2006%20-%20Dassey%20and%20O'Kelly.pdf?dl=0 The initial interview was shaky at best, BD really didn't answer any questions and looked like he guessed to tell the detectives what they wanted to hear. I don't think the story was created by the cops. I believe they think that's how it happened. And felt they needed BD confession to put his uncle away. But because his storied differed so much every time he told it, there is no way they would put him on the stand. I don't know if they did, but If I were the defense, I would have checked to see if Avery used *67 frequently. He was in the public eye still and a lot of people were said not to like the Avery family.
