It's an opinion, the whole reason for this site! Lighten up and enjoy life instead of being so negative....

He's a very smart man, who can identify talent. I also like his philosophy of the collective draft room agreeing on the pick. You can tell by the draft that they are going after needs and not just the best player on the board. You can tell by his post draft press conferences that he did his homework and knows the players talents and characters intimately. I have total confidence in Marv's football instincts, even though he has never been a GM. And he's not the only new GM in the league.

Watching the draft at a local bar with the Bills on the clock, the room was buzzing with anticipation. As the clock ticket down and Tagliabooboo walked to the podium, there was silence in the bar. With the eight pick in the NFL draft, the Bills select Donte Whitner. The bar still as silent as can be and then everyone shrugs their shoulders and gets back to their conversations. The same thing occurred when the Bills traded up to make their next selection. The bottom line is the picks were good, but nothing that's going to make you hoot and holler right away. I wasn't pleased initially, but was not disappointed either. And having time to reflect on the draft, I believe the draft was a success. Only time will tell, but I have confidence in Marv and Company.

Thought the highlight of yesterday was Shane calling someone else psycho!! That dude is of his rocker and next week looks hilarious with his imaginary Blackberry!!!

Didn't mean to hurt your feelings and single you out, there are a lot of folks on this site in the same boat. In another thread, one dude asked about a pre-season game. Sure enough someone dug up the tape of the game and watched it in order to answer his question. Look I am huge Bills fan and look forward to the draft and the Bills season, but I just keep things in perspecive. That's all, sorry if i offended you. Just making a general observation.

If you're getting paid as a scout for an NFL team, please except my apologies for the following statement. OMG some people on this site are scary!! You actually purchased a draft video. That's just too much time on you're hands (Again I apologize if you're getting paid or plan to pursue a career in scouting). I like watching some of the draft and checking out some of the players stats, but to sit and watch a DVD 100 prospects is a little crazy (please refer to first line of post). We have no bearing on whom the Bills draft, so why waste the time scouting and making a case for each player. Maybe it's just me, but that's a little too much. Go Bills!!
