  1. Exactly, where are all those mock draft posts anyway??? Actually as I was out yesterday, I though "what a great day for a home game." Last year was the first time I have been to a game at the Ralph in January in way too many years, unfortunately it was a hockey game....
  2. Yeah, it was quite a bit later. Actually, IIRC it was in the second episode last night, he stated there were 3 confirmed dead. Maybe they were supposed to take out Jack, good luck with that. Looks like Renee Walker and the boss are romantically involved as well, by the way he asked if she was alright after the shooting. I think he's too obvious to be the mole though, of course you never know on this show.
  3. I'll ask some questions about the ATL when I am finally tired of it, but almost 40 years and still going strong and enjoying it. Mmmm, some Duff wings may just be on the menu for dinner...
  4. Could guess the punch line 2 sentences into the joke, but still pretty funny...
  5. Ignorant is correct, and that includes using the screen name of a cop killer. It's just not funny and definitely not cool...
  6. He's too busy going to script clubs and being rebellion...
  7. What exactly are you trying to say here???? Anyway, I definitely want to see this flick. I am sure Eastwood doesn't disappoint...
  8. Yes, I hear the 10th year of the rebuilding process is the charm... I like your optimism and I hope the team looks as good next year as you propose....
  9. If you're building the D line for the future, then Everette Brown/Greg Hardy would be a nice addition. But rookies very rarely make an immediate pass rush impact. If they want to improve next season, I think they need to bring in a veteren end that can get to the QB...
  10. Oshiomogho Atogwe and company will not be effective without a better pass rush.
  11. If he is, he'd be one of the few on this board...
  12. And what bearing do the fans, Jerry Sullivan, or Joe Poster have on what happens at One Bills Drive? Last I checked, we didn't get a vote. I agree with you about the front office, but it seems like you may be a bit delusional if you think the problem is what the fans are thinking...
  13. Correct, he is now the Account Executive at WGRZ. Here is his linkedin page: http://www.linkedin.com/pub/7/794/148
  14. Anyone going Friday? I will be heading out of Buffalo around 2 and looking to do some partying, where's the gathering place for UB fans?
  15. The hit was directly on Whitners banged up shoulder. Once Morris made contact to that shoulder Whitner couldn't wrap up properly and just dropped like a rock. He did get decked, but I think DW's ongoing shoulder injury made it worse than it would have been.
  16. Hey, I'm with you man. I sold my NE tickets. This was the first regular season game I missed in years. But I pretty much made up my mind after watching that pathetic SF game in a down pour (not that nice weather would have made that game any better). I sold them through the Bills ticket exchange and got a credit for next years tickets. From here on out, I will sell all meaningless December games. I have had enough, but I just love the Sunday tailgate event too much to completely cut it out...
  17. Gotta love all these reports. When he first injured his knee i was, "Brady's injury could be career threatening". Then it was "Infection could be life threatening. Now it's "Brady may be out another year". Good stuff...
  18. Time heals all wounds, just ask Favre. If there is any drop in season tickets, it will be less than 1000. People will come out and support this team next year, DJ or no DJ. I will still get my season tickets, but I will sell my tickets to meaningless December games from here on out.
  19. He hasn't played horribly, but the Bills need an upgrade at center for sure. As far as the play in question. First of all, terrible call. You just don't run the ball in that situation, even in nice weather. Second, it's a smart play by the Patsie's. Duke pushed the one Patsie and next thing he was surrounded by 3 more, which prevented him from getting back to the huddle. I still think the refs should have stopped the clock at some point though, they let 15 seconds run off the clock...
  20. I would like to see this team with good coaching to honestly be able to evaluate it. This is a very poorly coached team, maybe the worst coached in history(at least my history of watching). I have seen bad teams that lacked talent and they just plain sucked. But this team, while not SB caliber, is better than their record indicates. Yesterday, with the conditions as such, the two teams were as equal as can be talent wise and the Bills were just out coached. On a nice day, I think Cassel runs and passes all over the Bills. But yesterday, plain and simple, coaching was the difference.
  21. A back handed compliment, but i guess technically, still a compliment. I don't think Gordio was out of line, you haven't been around long enough to enjoy all the Buffalo bashing that goes on here. Add this to your favorites and revisit it after a year and you'll understand, most former buffalonians consider Buffalo a third world country of some sort. But it's totally cool if they bash it because of course, they were once from the area...
  22. This was posted before, link. As was said in that thread, an anonymous thread isn't the best source. I think everyone knows that Brandon isn't a true "football guy", and I would doubt he pretends to be....
  23. And the Bills actually beat a playoff team this year.... Looking towards next year, I really like our secondary. I think they may have to find another safety to play with Whitner, although I do like Scott's physical play. But Leodis, Corner, Greer, and McGee are fairly solid. If the Bills can acquire a desperately needed quality defensive end and actually generate a pass rush, it will make the secondary even better. I really think Perry Fewell's hands are tied because of the lack of a pass rush.... On the offensive side, a trade of Jason Peter's is not far fetched. I do not think the Bills are going to pay him what he wants and he'll probably hold out of training camp again next year. I am not saying I would rather see him go, but I just have the feeling the Bills are not going to renegotiate for what he wants. And if that's the case, get rid of him for a high draft pick or something.
  24. That is firing back for Ralph, he doesn't make many public comments... now were even...
