    The question was "why is taunting a penalty". I provided clear video evidence why taunting needs to be a penalty and also stated (indirectly) if you eliminate taunting you will revert to brawls on the field. So what was it you didn't understand?

    My response was to this: Probably more to do with the score than his health. Why risk a player struggling when the game isn't close.
