    Thanks all. Now that I know how the real ones are made, I'm going to experiment with a healthier version. If it works and it doesn't compromise flavor, I'll post it after this weekend.

    OK - at the risk of revealing a total lack of WNY culture and even though I lived there for 8 years, I have to admit that I've never tried a fried bologna sandwich. I did, however, love bologna as a kid so I'm sure I would like this unique culinary delight. So, my fellow wallers, please describe to me (in detail) how I should prepare a fried bologna sandwich.

    My work is very boring. But I love the people I work with, adore my boss, and have a private office so I can sit on TSW almost all day.

    Yup - I'm getting like my Mustang Convertible....the body and upholstery are showing wear and tear, but she's mechanically sound and still has a great rumble.

    Funny.....every church I've been to since moving to Texas seems to have political statements coming from their pulpits. But is that any different from the College professors in the 60s?
