  1. Well #89 aren't you in fine spirits today!
  2. Prayers for your aunt, Melissa. And for your son. Sounds like he's the youngest. My youngest of 5 was the "problem" child too. Don't beat yourself up over it and don't compare him to your other child - they are all different. But for your own sake, do look deeply at a couple of things: 1. Do you and your ex agree on discipline? Is his father still spending a lot of quality time with him? 2. Do you set (and adhere) to rules and boundries for him? "Giving in" after they nag, cry and threaten is one thing that will always come back to kick you in the a$$. 3. Are there any grandparents who can assist? They are a valuable resource in child rearing even if you don't like them. 4. Has he had a complete medical check-up, blood work and dental check-up to eliminate any physical or neurological issues. Best of luck.
  3. Are the babydoll Ts actually cut-offs at chest level? Or or they the stretchy, fitted style like on nfl.com?
  4. Now that would be cool. We could get decent beer and great fish and chips again.
  5. Give back Miss Liberty??? Give back New Orleans??? What about our Saints game tix?
  6. That may not be a bad idea. This way you'd have something in common with your co-workers. It sounds like you haven't "settled in" yet. Oh, and as a salaried employee, you don't get to leave 15 minutes early just because you arrived 15 minutes early. At least not for the first few months and then only occasionally. Don't mean to offend, but that's kind of a "union"mentality.
  7. Just park at one end and slowly walk down the main street. It's beautiful! http://www.niagaraonthelake.com/about.html
  8. I wouldn't worry - all is forgiven at a tailgate.
  9. Damn you SDS - I raced to open this thread.......
  10. 90% this site plus bb.com, !@#$.com, billszone.com. But mainly just to post hotel info and answer message re the New Orleans game.
  11. Mine is Anita Cape Verde. Sound like a place I'd like to go for a weekend.
  12. Pour a little pickle juice in the cabbage while cooking. Takes away the smell.
  13. Yep - who cares how poor they are if they look good in tight Wranglers?
  14. Thanks Geo in PA. Golly I hate being right!
  15. Isn't 20A and Big Tree Road the same? I said 20A because that's what the little road signs say when you're driving toward the stadium. It's also the offramp from the 219 South. Or is my memory failing?
  16. And they list "Vixen" as a similie to Harpy.
  17. Well, we'd be very sorry hosts if a fellow Bills fan coming from so far away would have to catch a cab. Perhaps some of you locals could help Nick out that weekend?
  18. They are on opposite corners of Abbott Road and 20A. Danny's is bigger and more upscale with a restaurant. The Big Tree Inn is more of a little corner pub atmosphere and the wings are slightly better. You could easily do both, they are about a 150 yards away from each other. And no, I'm not converting it to meters. I wouldn't recommend staying at the Hyatt downtown unless you have some downtown activities. Where you stay will depend on what other things you plan to do. PM me if you want. When I go up for the opener, I'm staying at the Hampton Inn in East Aurora for the 1st two nights. It's a small property and the village of East Aurora is beautiful. Quaint shops, narrow streets, big trees etc. Then Saturday night and Sunday night will be at the Holiday Inn Hamburg because it's closer to the stadium.
  19. Hmmm. Sad that they don't acknowledge how good a guy looks in a pair of tight Wranglers.
  20. I've done all of these....and you forgot about milking the cows, collecting eggs, delivering calves and lambs, fishing with a net across the river, cooking on a wood stove. (never undrestimate an Aussie raised in the country).
