  1. Damn girlfriend - you should move to Texas. You can drive topless a lot more often.
  2. If they hadn't screwed us with 2 away games, we would have had a home opener on 17th - would have been nice.
  3. I have a mini helmet signed by #55 to put into the raffle. Want me to bring the name tags again? I have plenty.
  4. A play off game vs. the Raiders. I think the coldest in Bills history, the week before we beat the Chiefs to go to Atlanta for the 4th SB. "Bo don't know snow".
  5. Let me know how it comes out. I've actually never made it. But my mother used to make it often for "afternoon tea" - in this country known as an after school snack. "Mum" always cooked from scratch and this was one of my favorites.
  6. This board needs more old people. Happy Birthday!!
  7. Australian Tea Cake Ingredients 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/8 teaspoon lemon or orange oil (optional), sugar and cinnamon mixture. Method: Cream butter and sugar, beating till light and soft, add unbeaten eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt, and add alternately with the milk and vanilla (& lemon oil), beat well and turn into a shallow, greased 8'x8' square tin, bake 30 minutes in hot oven (375oF), while still hot dust well with sugar/cinnamon mixture, serve while warm. Enjoy Olivier!
  8. Pretty good. I'll go if they do.
  9. This is great - I'm so happy to learn it's not my fault. I forgot to wear my Bills earrings and my red underwear and ordered Buffalo shrimp instead of wings. What a relief!!
  10. I'm going back same time next year. And unattached females get a discount.
  11. I have a recipe for a scrumptous "tea cake" with cinnamon and sugar on top. It's in my Australian cook book. If you PM me with a reminder, I look for it at home and send it to you.
  12. Both my flags are flying. I want to remember the Aussies who died there too
  13. We love you Scott - Happy Birthday!
  14. Nope drank all the Rum. But I did pick up some good tasting Blackberry Liquor to pour into the bowling ball at the Pinto. I hate that foul tasting cherry stuff. They had some great prices at the duty free. Absolute Vodka for $11!!
  15. Some of you may be comforted to know that Aussie (Gidge) has returned from Hedo II in Jamaica safe and sound. I'm tanned, happy, rested and my brain is totally pickled from the unlimited Jamaican Rum. And yes, it was amazing. I had a blast. And now for the season opener........
  16. Get a "reputable" lawyer. You may need to sue to cover some long term damage depending how fast the person who hit you was going. I used to laught at the "Whiplash" term and when I was rear ended, I didn't get an attorney, I took pain pills for a while and had some physical therapy...but my back aches and neck aches lasted for about 8 years.
