I hear ya'. Since leaving WNY in 1995, I've had to watch the game in some strange places and mostly alone. Now that DirecTv is available, it has really helped. But I refuse to miss a game.

I gave my answer based on my experience with ADD 'cause that was what plenzmd1 referred to in his question. Perhaps not everyone realizes they are different problems.

I watched it. I cried. It was so awesome to see people work so hard to reach their goals. And I'm still still whining about the 30 pounds I cant seem to lose. I'm embarrassed.

A big part of why I still support the Bills is because of Buffalo memories. When I lived in Buffalo, going to the games with my kids and all the great games we watched together became a huge part of my life. The memories of the glory years have kept my loyalty alive since being gone. But now, an even bigger part of that is going back to Buffalo every season for games, the people of WNY, the northern accents, the food, the sights and sounds of tailgating, the Pinto...even more memories have been made over the years since I've left. If the team were to move? There are no memories in LA for me to "go back" to, no Sahlen's Hot dogs, no wings, no white pizza, no beef on weck, no WNY accents or culture, no Niagara Falls. It would just be a generic football team with a different uniform and perhaps a new name and a lot of new players. A shell. No thanks. I would surely continue my annual trecks back to Buffalo. I love it that much. But I would probably eventually become a Texans fan.

I didn't know it back then, but if a child is given meds for ADD and doesn't actually have it...there can be some varying reactions. Joe, I understand your frustration at some of our comments. But keep in mind that some of these issues go back many years, my son is almost 23. However, I will stand by the diet thing first. As a society, we have been killing ouselves with too much sugar for a couple of generations now. When did they start adding sugar products to baby food and formula??

My son was diagnosed with ADD in the 3rd grade. We both suffered for almost two years, I watched him through meds that turned him into a zombi. I finally did a lot of research on sugar and artificial coloring etc. Totally changed his diet to add a lot of fresh vegetables, whole grains and little sugar. I disobeyed the doctor and stopped his meds. I didn't go back to another doctor for another year and by that time he seemed to be magically "healed". OK so flame me. Just feel that the labels they put on our kids may not always be right. Please, definitely get a 2nd opinion.
