    But he's not alone in this. Leave the profanity out, and this statement could describe many posters on this board. Sometimes I read posts and wonder what kind of life they have and how they survive their marriages with such a critical, controlling attitude. What happened to good debate, patience, and respect for other's opinions. Damn - I'm definitely getting old.

    I found it to be funny and quite creative. The analogy may have been a little off, but do you guys have to over analyze everything? Can't we have a little humor?

    So true - especially in an area where people have a transient attitude and drugs have become such a commodity. However, if your handbook states zero tolerance, you'll have to follow it. Otherwise, you'll set a precedent with your employees that will come back later to kick you in the a$$. Good luck.

    Does your company have an employee handbook? Or any other document that talks about employee rules and regulations?
