What if Jimmy Galapagos pulls a Brady?
Webster Guy replied to The Real Buffalo Joe's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We all know the patriots drafting record is weak, and we all know that belichicks record as an NFL head coach without Brady is weak. The odds are slim that garrapolo is even in the league in a few years. I wouldn't worry. We will spank them without Brady. -
The press speculates on EJ's future
Webster Guy replied to truth on hold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
When we play the colts in the opener, just watch our Oline for the first series. If they do well, our qb will have a good season. If they get pushed around it doesn't matter who is qb....long year. -
Goodell will make it all go away for the chunky monkey. God he's such a whiner. Brady learned whining from the best.

Bothers me more that Hogan would tell a diehard fan to "eff off". Was the fan polite or a jerk? Hogan seems like a solid guy in his interviews. Is his stardom as the number 5 receiver on a 'run first' offense getting to his head?

If gronk gets hurt like he usually does, chandler could be a 5-7 targets per game guy. So, hopefully chandler. I feel sorry for him missing out on a chance to play for Rex and finish out his career here. He had to go where the work is, and now he's the enemy, playing for the most boring, zero charisma dud in NFL history. At least he can say he played w Brady which is probably pretty cool having a HOF guy throwing to you.

Fred is a career 4.4 yard per carry guy. Shady was 4.2 last year with a much better Oline. They're both dangerous in their own way, but I think Fred is a better short yardage back. He's squirmy and falls forward, very decisive. Shady is the "2nd-gear" guy, the best full speed hip juke in the game (CJ, Demarco, Martin and AP get honorable mention). His challenge is the hole hitting, which Chip Kelly used to get frustrated with. He might not have elite vision, but he has elite moves. I see him as a CJ with 20% more power.

Jimmy Garoppolo and the future of the AFC East
Webster Guy replied to johnwalter's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Belichick will retire when Brady does. He has nothing to gain and everything to lose if he stays. I'm sure gonna miss his fun personality and enthusiasm. And his integrity, player loyalty and charismatic interview sessions. -
Inside Buffalo's 2015 Draft Room
Webster Guy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They cut the part out where I called in and asked Whaley why we didn't trade kiko for philly's pro bowl guard and a sign demarco murray instead of shady. -
Can't wait to hear the whiniest owner and qb in the league wail over this one. So if belichick is really a genius, let's see how they do with 4 full months to prepare for Pitt and Buffalo. I can't wait to laugh when they go 0-2. Punks. All of them.

Ruining QBs: The NFL's Recipe for Disaster
Webster Guy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The one and only thing I liked about Hackett was that he understood this. He tried to push the pace and keep ej running on his instincts. The problem was too many three and outs and the defense was getting exhausted. The reason for a large number of those three and outs were the awful left guard play two years ago that never gave the kid enough time or confidence to execute. I rewatched a lot of those games, it was a joke. We could have had Rodgers back there and it wouldn't have mattered, there was just no time to do anything. Combine that with the "let's force ej to be a pocket guy" approach when there wasn't much of a pocket, and it was tough sledding. -
Brady to be SUSPENDED next week according to report
Webster Guy replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Don't go to the pats message boards, it will sicken you. Vast majority saying the NFL is out to get them and poor tom is being framed. Someone presented the glaring stat that pats fumble inordinately less than other teams since 2007, and there were hundreds of posters trying to say its pure coincidence (its not), some even said its because tom knows how to hand off the ball so its tucked away better and less prone to fumbles. Total joke. I know there are decent and legit pats fans out there, but man their message boards are chock full of complete idiots right now. -
No one is talking about Belichick?
Webster Guy replied to Mr. T's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Pats pulled the unethical substitution stuff on Baltimore, a game they were losing until they started exploiting the loophole in the rule that has since been changed. Then they cheated the next week with the deflations. Fines are meaningless, I want game 2 suspension -
http://www.arrowheadpride.com/2013/3/14/4040892/matt-cassel-this-is-your-chiefs-life He had a great season in KC his second year, and an awful one his 4th (and last)

Prediction Time! What Will Tom Brady's Punishment Be?
Webster Guy replied to Dorkington's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A fine in a league where the commish pulls in $44 million a year is pretty silly. All I care about is that he gets 2 games on the bench, then we'll see how much of a genius Belichick really is. -
[closed]NFL refs loaded the deck for the Pats
Webster Guy replied to mitchmurraydowntown's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Pats are pathetic at this point. Whiny owner and qb, THE most boring, droll head coach of all time. Someone should tell them they're good enough without videotaping other teams practices, exploiting loopholes in the substitution rules, running their illegal rub routes/picks, and sneaking into bathrooms to illegally alter footballs. They're like the hot chick who thinks she's ugly and needs makeup all the time. Its OK guys, you don't need to cheat, just line up and play like everyone else. You're ruining your careers and embarrassing yourselves. -
Boomer Esiason Says The Bills Will Be...
Webster Guy replied to IDBillzFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Pegula got his billions from planning way ahead. If you think he didn't target Rex Ryan 8 months ago you've been lulled to sleep by Ralph Wilson's poor staffing history over the years. Rex was coming here and replacing Marrone long before they sat Dougie down and said Hey you can opt out and save face or be released. Everybody won, Doug got his money and pride (kinda), we get the coach we wanted. This wasn't luck or chance. And it certainly wasn't Doug's choice to leave. And don't give me the 9-7 crap, pats gave us the last game. it was a decent 8-8 year in which Marrone showed us, and rest of the league apparently, that he's not a long term answer at HC. -
Uh, no. A good number of posters did not say to cut Dareus. Sully did. Some were talking about a possible trade etc, but just releasing a 3rd overall pick who is a minor cap hit in his 3rd year is ridiculous given his flashes of dominance. Is this you Sully's mom?

That's what training camp is for. But unless he really regressed physically in the off season he still is the best back we have for pass protect and short yardage. leadership too.

Pats signed Chandler because Belichick is a genius.
Webster Guy replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Gronk is due for another knee or shoulder injury this year. Chandler gets open and snares everything within that big wingspan. Everyone knows he loathes the Pats deep down, but just like Thurman going to Miami, if someone wants to pay them a few million in the end of their careers they have to take the payday. -
What change would you make if you were commissioner?
Webster Guy replied to Dragonborn10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Laser markers for first downs, not chains. Superbowl on Saturday starts at 5 eastern so our children who love football and everyone else gets to see the whole game and not worry about being shot for school or work the next day (duh) Put a sensor in the football that indicates when it crosses the plane (we have cars that self parallel park I'm pretty sure we can figure this one out and save thousands of replays and guesswork for these critical plays) Lastly I would allow communities to own teams like they do in Green Bay, have a board of directors and shareholder votes and give this awesome sport back to fans and the community. These greasy owners and two faced commissioners making $40m plus a year is sickening. -
I consider us 8-8 last year, new england played their scrubs against us in the 2nd half and gave us the pseudo win. We haven't upgraded qb, picked up one decent guard Incognito. I still think the Online and QB mean much more than how good your runners and receivers are. I would rather have traded kiko for Philly's all pro guard and drafted a young running back. I predict 8-8 again, but a fun season ahead for sure. Nobody is blowing us out unless we get hit hard with injuries. The X factor is Cassel. He won 11 games with an average roster, 80 career passer rating. Now with a better runner maybe he can have a career year here. Like I said, either way we're a fun team and that's what I care about.

Colts defense has a few pro bowlers but they stink on the road. Gave up 51 to Pitt, 42 to pats and cowgirls etc. I think we will be favored or at least even for the opener. Rex will have the Amish beard confounded.
