  1. This is always a big issue at events, applies to concerts as well. I love to stand the majority of the time, I don't even have seats in most my treestands and I stand for 5 or 6 hours on some days. But I totally get that some people dont like to, and some people physically can't. I don't like the idea of security doing this based on a complaint. There should be a well communicated rule, printed on tickets, shown on the scoreboard and put on the website. I would be happy with a stadium policy that says standing in front of someone who really wants to sit is rude, you will be warned and then removed if you violate this rule. Exceptions are 3rd and 4th downs and during big plays on offense (something like that). Maybe have standing sections so people know what to expect ahead of time.
  2. Kyle was a beast, Hughes too but his stupid 15 yard penalty hurt us. Didn't cost us the win so I'm over it but I have never seen a guy get this many 15 yard penalties ever in my life. We did this without Sammy, Goodwin most of the game, Salas, Cordy and Clay. I can't believe it. Also I have a theory that touchdown Mike would have gotten 2 TD's and 110 yards just like Shady today if you had given him the same carries. He's a really good change-up runner I hope we see more of him. Wondering if Lynn was in charge of the offense in game 1 if we would have beaten the Ravens.
  3. Meh. They only beat zona because they botched a kick. Miami rolled them in the 2nd half last week and Houston stinks. They just lined up and played last night, there wasn't any coaching magic going on. Houston turnovers and Osweiler looked really inaccurate. I honestly wouldn't want that sketchy bore anywhere near my team. Guys like Andy Reid, Wade, Arians, Chan--they make more of a difference.
  4. Similar to Jets on offense. Vet qb, good wideouts, Johnson is an elite RB though, far better than Forte, who looked awfully slow to me despite his 100yd effort. Don't bet against the Bills at home though, our DB's got embarrassed on national TV last week, our offense didn't allow a sack against a nasty Jets front 7 and we scored enough to win last week, unlike week 1. Zona is tough but they're an NFC team in our house which means it's an even game. Bills in an OT shocker 24 to 27
  5. Vikings lost Teddy, AP and bookend LT Matt Kalil for the season. Not a playoff team. Bradford not nearly consistent or tough enough to make it
  6. With Sanchez at qb no less. Lets see Belicheat do that. P.s. im naming my band the credentialed hucksters....
  7. Touchdown Mike and Shady are all we need in our backfield right now. If Palmer shreds the D like Fitz did, and there's no reason he shouldn't, we are going to be in passing mode early in the game. I'm more worried about Lynn and Tyrod cooking up some fun plays on offense to make the game watchable.
  8. Lets see Schwartz stop Fitz the other night with our secondary playing the way it did. In the end you have to cover the guy in front of you and we couldn't do it. ps the bears are awful, the worst O line in the league
  9. as my old friend tommy lee jones said in Fugitive I DONT CARE
  10. Injuries, suspensions and softpedaling through preseason cost us the Balt game and probably the Jets game, although they are a very good team. The sky isn't falling, and Whaley has shown to be a pretty good GM. The mentality that there is always an outside guy to come in and fix everything is the same kind of thinking that put Chan and Fitz on the other side of the field from us Thursday. They are a playoff team because of those two ex Bills. GM is not the problem. Any organization in the NFL would love to have Gilmore and Darby as cb #1 #2, they just had an off night and their OC was superior to ours.
  11. We skipped pre season, nobody played much so nobody is sharp right now. I would take the pre season much more seriously next year. Darby and Gilmore will be fine, and seymour is finally back so we'll see what he can do out there at corner.
  12. The hawks are really cocky as a whole. Love seeing them get shut down. Pete is a whiner and a micromanager to a fault. When Chancellor gets hurt they will be lucky to win half their games
  13. And yet we swept the jets last year with the same db's on the field (actually minus gilmore for the 2nd game) Like it or not the Jets have a very good passing game. Chan and Fitz with a decent O line and some solid WR's. The set a td record last year I think. They are a playoff team if they can stay healthy. Not built to beat the Pats tho. Too weak at secondary, Revis very mediocre these days and injury prone to boot.
  14. Yup. Although there seem to be a lot of people here that already know Lynn can't call a pass play because he's a former running backs coach. Another guy posted that people with no experience calling plays tend to crash and burn (except for the other 31 guys in the league calling plays who all had to call their first play at one time) Arizona is beatable. Give TT more control, he's a 6th year guy and a sharp dude.
  15. If he keeps playing like this, he would have been wise to sign a reasonable extension with Whaley in the offseason because his value is diving with performances like this...
  16. Will be close. Big game for Clay to earn his money helping Mills and Kujo block enough but still releasing in time for some quick 5-7 yard checkdowns. Don't trust Kujo much on the blindside, need to roll TT out weakside a fair amount and keep his backside clean. Need to get a lot of 2nd down and 5's and play action. We are a B-minus pass blocking unit that needs to keep defenses guessing. If TT doesn't start audibling out of run plays against an 8 man front we will have another 7 point showing. As we know, it's critical to have Fitz coming from behind in the 4th quarter, because he's an INT machine in comeback mode late in the game. Our secondary and the crowd will win this for us.
  17. Do you really think people buy tickets because of some genius marketing scheme? It's the NFL in western NY. As passionate a fan base as anywhere in the nation.
  18. We needed a special teams gift fumble TD to ice that one. And a Fitz meltdown. They will score a few but we will be able to run it on them. Kujo can crush in the run game, its the protect footwork that he whiffs on sometimes.
  19. Because our coach skipped preseason and we came out flat on the road against a tough D. Much better things to come from this offense.
  20. Last time we played the Jets it took a Fitz meltdown AND a special teams giveaway TD to do it. Rex and Thurman will have the D ready, I'm worried about Tyrod getting a pocket with Kujo and Mills on the ends. On obvious passing downs he is going to be scrambling for his life if they can't represent. Expect a lot of shotgun and deep drops from TT. Play action and quicker throws please.....
  21. Wait, Sully said Woods was an "imposter" yesterday so you must be wrong.....
  22. Apparently Boobie Dixon was more valuable to the team last year, and this year it's Reggie "wrongway" Bush. What good would a leader who is a proven pass blocking rb do for us?
  23. Imagine if we had Khalil Mack on the other side of Hughes..... I was convinced that was Whaleys call when I saw the Bills slide up on the TV.
  24. I don't get it either but here's my hope: We softpedaled through pre season games because of injury paranoia (partly justified), and we should have played our offensive starters for a full half in the 3rd game like most teams do. There's a reason they do, because your qb needs it, your wideouts need it, your linemen need it. We werent ready on offense Sunday, and our OC is not exactly someone known for lighting up the scoreboard with his system.
  25. Great guy in person, super humble. Gave us 2 legit seasons, one amazing one. Good luck CJ....
