just a little Shaq primer..... -
Dareus says he got treatment for ADHD; no rehab
Webster Guy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I just hope he was busting his tail with intense workouts so he can jump into the season and contribute immediately. If Bruce had anything to say to him, it would be to take care of your body 24/7 and be in peak physical shape. Honestly he looked a little chunkier than normal from the practice footage today, and that's saying something..... We guaranteed him 60 million, last year alone he raked in $28M. Get to work big fella....... -
Todd Gurley - Nowhere to Run?
Webster Guy replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hmmmm, never thought of it that way, I hope you're right. But anyone who watched him last year has to admit he was looking like the next AP. The guy was dominant in the games I saw. -
Yes. Slants are pretty much all quick (otherwise they become crossing routes) so that's kind of redundant but I completely agree. The downside is they need to be thrown low so they are usually the highest percentage of batted passes. The only reason Fitz is even in the NFL is because of his ability to throw slants so well. I hope to see more of them from Tyrod.

Don't look now, but the Rams are 3-1
Webster Guy replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Our D is nasty right now, esp with big 99 back and chomping at the bit. Keenan seems being better than expected and Gurley is somehow struggling which is baffling because he ran through everyone last year. Bills 17-9 -

Zach Brown: Bills best player 2016
Webster Guy replied to NewEra's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lorenzo Alexander (da' LorAxe) Also worth a shout out. 4 sacks in 4 games. Will lead team in getting lots of pressures and sacks WITHOUT racking up 15 yard penalties every game and hurting the team like our boy Jerry. This is shaping up to be a perfect scenario on D. Thurman calling the plays, Rob managing red zone D, Dareus back, 3 very good LB's (wha?)and solid d backs. We overrated our cb's and underrated our LB's and thats cool with me. Added bonus, Ragland gets a full year of grooming, learning and watching every day. -
2nd most impressive stat: Zach "the animal" Brown playing pro bowl ball at LB. 18 freaking tackles in a shutout game, sacks, forced fumbles, and my personal favorite: running down the little Nazi cheater Edelman and smacking him at the end of his stupid 90 yard run. We havent had a pro bowl LB in forever, but somehow this dude dropped in our laps. Whaley sucks right? Must've been football gods then....

Injuries/Suspensions Blessings in disguise?
Webster Guy replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dareus and Sammy are elite. I'd much rather have them than not. Yes it opens up more real game experience for the depth players, but those two can win you games by themselves. As far as money goes, we are in good shape on the cap. Dont let the elites get away like we did with big Pat, Jason Peters, Winfield etc. -
Gurley isn't looking as fearsome as he did last year, and Dareus is finally going to be back in the middle. I like our chances but Keenum is no Brissett, he can play

Time to bring back the red helmets.
Webster Guy replied to loyal2dagame's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
red helmets rock, but I say it's up to Tyrod. Whatever color he needs the helmets to be so he can spot them on the field is what we do. if he says pink or chartreuse, then get out the spray cans baby -
How about some love for the bills pass protection?
Webster Guy replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Honestly I think Tyrod twisted him around so much on that option he ran (left side 1st half) that he hurt himself. No kidding, watch the play. It was awesome. And Felton pancakes his guy in the background as well. beautiful play that TT could have taken for more than 15yds if he wasn't trying to save his body. -
Patriots Message board is fantastic right now.
Webster Guy replied to stevestojan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Belichick is a GEEEEEEEENIUS Oh and Woods sucks and isn't a solid NFL starter Mario stunk because of Rex Whaley needs to be fired Touchdown Mike is no good because of that one bad game he had last year Gotskowski never misses Zack Brown is washed up keep em comin....... -
Lorenzo Alexander proving the Bills were right...
Webster Guy replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
it should say that he's the same as he was last year: unable to beat any NFL Olineman singled up man to man. where are all the people that said Rex's scheme was too tough that never went back and watched the film. He stunk all year, most every snap. Had a few garbage broken play sacks because of his length but made a negative impact on the field and the locker room. The dude hit a wall and tried to blame everyone but his lazy, over the hill self. -
Bills Awarded WR Justin Hunter from Waivers
Webster Guy replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Would rather see Dez get his shot here. He has 1000's of Tyrod reps. -
I love how people are saying we are outmatched. Go through their roster and ours. Its not even close. Other than TE and the slight edge at LB for them we are at least even or better at all spots. Win some cash, bet the Bills. The last time we played them here we shut down their offense, please don't tell me Garrapolo scares anyone. 22-9 bills

Mario is such a slug out there. What a zero. Who will he blame this year? The coach or a phantom hamstring? -
Watkins expected to play vs NE this week.
Webster Guy replied to ChanOverChin's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We need to get Sammy that stuff they injected into Wolverine that made his bones like steel. I'm gonna dust off the ol' lab equipment in the basement and get to work. As soon as my formula is complete I'll invite he and Goodwin over and put em in the tank.... -
Karlos Williams only has one game left on suspension....
Webster Guy replied to Iraq Vet's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We have 2 very good runners in Shady and TD Mike. No Karlos required. All of our back ran well behind our run blocking schemes last year, not just Karlos--All of them. If we had a few injuries maybe, but we're set at RB and if anyone gets RB3 reps it's the rookie. -
Its already been posted on this thread but bears repeating here: Best WR in the NFL for 2nd half of last year. Major game changer. He goes out of bounds instead of being hit because he's being smart and listening to his coaches.

Jerry Hughes reportedly #2 in NFL in pressures
Webster Guy replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He's great for sure. 15 yard penalties can lose entire games for you though. He cost us 7 points last Sunday with his stupid and completely unnecessary helmet rip penalty when Palmer was already sacked on 3rd down. They would have punted, instead they drove for a touchdown. We won so I'm over it, but he is dirty and plays cheap. He has to lead the NFL in 15 yarders over the past few seasons. -
Our offense and qb aren't built to utilize the TE very much. Not sure why. Having a good TE as part of your attack seems like a sensible approach, and we see a handful of other teams where the TE is winning them games, but I've given up on the "we need to get Charles Clay and Sammy involved more" stuff. After yesterday watching us roll a playoff team that has a top defense without half of our normal receivers or starting LT was eye opening. What we need to go is block and tackle well, give Tyrod time, continue to be unpredictable on defense. Powell, Woods, maybe Goodwin and Salas, Oleary-- I don't care anymore. Give TT a pocket and the ability to change plays whenever he sees fit and we will start being favored in these games more often than not.

Communication Concerns at Foxboro
Webster Guy replied to OhDozeBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lynn can always call sideline from up top on the wired phones. Have shady and TD Mike alternate running plays in to the huddle. Or just have Tyrod call what he wants . (Bomb bomb bomb)
