  1. the ending is great. we're all suckers.
  2. I'll still be irrationally optimistic next week....but I'm noticing the losses are causing me more of a 'whatever' reaction than a po'd reaction. That, in itself, is sad....
  3. Pretty bad when the announcers are calling out your team/coaches/philosophy
  4. I can't believe we are 'there' already. Sickening. THis season had hope...at least until the first game.
  5. We hoped they'd be the strength of our team this season. I hope they start right now. HUGE series coming up.
  6. One of our 'leaders' should challenge Dareus at the half.....time to make a statement.
  7. They did burn two time outs early in the half....and were fortunate that TJ Graham did NOT catch that first pass of the drive....along with CJ managing to get out of bounds. And I agree with TYTT...why ask for more time?
  8. On the road....big defensive stops, blocked kick, pass rush......offensively we are converting on key plays, two minute drill looked good. Hopefully, we can keep up the intensity.
  9. I like Fitz. He is what he is. They should keep playing to his strengths.
  10. This scenario is even more disgusting because many of them are volunteers and people are desperate for help.
  11. No problem. Your doc may have been referring to those with more frequent occurrences and, in those cases, most folks need meds to prevent flares. Diet alone becomes less of a benefit. That makes perfect sense. some folks are very sensitive to diet changes. I have a guy that comes to mind. If he even thinks about eating steak he gets a flare. Booze is a relatively consistent trigger as well. Point being, that some folks like yourself have no dietary 'influence' at all. Others, are very sensitive and there are 'classic' triggers for most of them. Most are somewhere in between where only the most gluttonous eating/drinking would trigger their gout.
