Don't forget the fact that you can't deduct your student loan interest or the fact that you don't 'qualify' for most deductions because you "make too much." You have your kids in childcare so you can work? Tough. No deduction for you! On and on it goes. I love when people say I only pay "x" percent more in taxes....and it's not a big deal. Bullsh!t.
Just keep coughing up your 'fair share.'
I'll borrow the math skills from Joe Biden and leave with this: I've got a four letter word for you: AMT.
The guy is a real 'wack job' per the article. I'm convinced the Onion has permeated all news outlets.
As for the question 'at hand'.....I'm not an ER doc...so count me out.
Just a comment. I couldn't help but think of Bush when I saw the question and the response. His doctrine of 'no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts...and those that harbor them' seems to ring true here. If we (the collective sane world) are to have any shot against guerrilla warfare terrorists.... it almost necessitates mandatory participation. Part of that is punishing those who turn a blind eye on situations such as this....or, worse yet, those who actively harbor, fund and support them.
Understood...on all counts. Thanks for doing it for so long. Count me as one of the many who didn't count the game as done..... until after that (weekly) thread was digested.
I'm in....figuratively. These 'stories' sound more and more like articles from the Onion. I keep asking myself, "Are they serious?" Beating the snot out of them would be a bit much. Perhaps someone could point out to them what a real 'crisis' and 'life in fear' looks like. Goodness...
And Forrest Gump talked to a lot of Presidents as well. The real issue here is how accessible that type of technology has become. Youtube, a webcam and some software aren't exactly 'rate limiting investments' for most people.
As the deranged one said above, the amount of propaganda could be nauseating.
Amen. Churchill's quote seems to solidify more as fact with every election cycle.
"The best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter.: - Winston Churchill
Stop breaking into people's houses. All race, age, gender preference, clothing needs, hood life, and other lame excuses be damned.
Far more egregious than the intruder itself is the defense his family is taking.
If you can make an argument (and not get laughed at) that a draftee became the best player ever on his side of the ball ....it's a no brainer choice. As above...#78.
someone check the tail numbers on the plane....
I'm personally bummed about this. Sad that it happened and sad that Mario mailed it in last year. He played really well for us for three years. Plenty of blame to spread around but ultimately it's up to Mario to be a professional. As they say...you can't coach effort.
