  1. I 'heard' it was the same guard that took his eyes off Jeffrey Dahmer while he was in prison. Either way...good riddance.
  2. Just finished making and consuming a shrimp and linguine dish with tomato-chile cream sauce. a bit spicy...but very good.
  3. It's hard to say re: negotiations of other players but your comment about Woods is spot on. Him saying that sort of stuff certainly is endearing to fans. Either way...great day for the Bills and fans.
  4. Not sure what he's saying.... but the terms "Tuel Maneuver" and "Belichickian" are probably worth copyright protection.
  5. thanks 26. You always seem to compile good stuff. Aside from that...this is great news for the Bills. Who didn't expect the "Wood situation" to hang over us all year/offseason?
  6. Yes...and No. I had heard this story before about King going extemporaneous in the dream speech....and found this link after reading your comment. I'm no expert on King, but it seems as if he had a 'typical' speech writing team (for this event anyway). The great part about the 'dream' speech is that he apparently abandoned the pre-written speech spontaneously. As a result, we were given one of the greatest speeches of all time. That part, although not written down initially, was all King. http://www.forbes.com/sites/carminegallo/2013/08/27/public-speaking-how-mlk-improvised-second-half-of-dream-speech/
  7. We're spitting hairs a bit. I 'prefer' to listen to classic rock. It doesn't mean I can't recognize the talent of Patsy Cline. Talent and listener preference are not mutually inclusive. Opinions are like backsides....we all have them etc. The variance occurs based on what one defines as talent. Having said that...I respect, but disagree with, your opinion.
  8. Fair enough....but preference also has nothing to do with being 'overrated.' Talent and listener preference are not mutually inclusive.
  9. Bizarre. Very good. not bad...but not great. Chef...you're a bright guy. You know better than that. Absolutely fantastic.
  10. One of the best posts I've read in a while. Nice work.
  11. I'd kill to be one of those sorry b@stards.
  12. thanks for the post. Always good to hear anything from #12.
