  1. The mother says the assignment was given last Monday and she reached out to the teacher for an explanation for the question. "I am extremely concerned that this type of language is being used and considered expectable [sic] to be issued to students," she said while asking for an explanation. The above is from the article. Based on the 'test' in question and the abuse of the English language as noted above (in a conversation between mom and teacher).....I've concluded that these students have no chance.
  2. The first step of recovery is acknowledging you have a problem. Having said that, I rationalize the crap out of the schedule until the Bills are mathematically eliminated. Though it ended poorly, we had a 'snowballs chance' the year Mularkey coached us to 9-7. Yet, everything fell into place and we had a chance in the last week. There's still hope...but it's lottery odd slim. I think we are more likely to win the division than the wild card. Need the Phins and Pats to tank. Oh...and we have to be really, really good.
  3. I nevurh sadd I wus zmart. The delay of game penalties would rival Lee Smith's collection of false starts and holding calls. Here it is... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfVsfOSbJY0
  4. No damages occurred. Having said that....the 'award' in this case makes me want to puke. Edit: when I first read your comment I was thinking of the nurses as a collective group. Those that actually acquired the disease 'might' have a case. Still hard to win without any long term health impact. Lawyers??
  5. It's fair game to look at the numbers. However, the 'eye' test tells me we drafted a monster.
  6. Every week, whether it be via good reasoning or borderline manic rationalization, I reach a place just before kickoff where I think.... "The Bills are gonna win this game."
  7. Rosacea is quite manageable. Get her to see a good doc. Lots of treatment options. Sweating/moisture and emotional stress are big triggers as well. Better have her stay away from you on game day!
  8. http://www.grindtv.c...-fetches-95000/ "A Chinese fisherman must have thought it was his lucky day recently when he hauled from the depths a gigantic tropical rock lobster. But Zheng Lee Pan he could not have imagined how lucky the catch would turn out to be. Weighing an astonishing 56 pounds, which is more than three times the species’ average weight, the multicolored lobster triggered an intense bidding war and ultimately fetched $95,000."
  9. I'm not even gonna try and think of one.
  10. Still keeps the Jets out and they could trade pick elsewhere.
  11. Yeah...we all love our kids but a good break every now and then is a bonus. After my first was born, my wife and I didn't go on a vacation for almost 6 years. Went on a cruise and I still say it was the best vacation I ever took. We always joke, however, that we could have taken a bottle of wine, two lawn chairs and sat behind the dumpsters at Kmart and felt the same way.
  12. It's so egregious, I sometimes wonder if they even realize it's wrong? Absolute morons.
